On Sunday October 31 myself and 25 team mates from Okotoks, Alberta were in Edmonton for a game. We decided to order a very... LARGE order for our post game meal. We called ahead to get a phone contact so we could give the store a lot of hours notice forour order. We didn't want to stress the staff out or ruin any other business opportunities for them that night. I communicatedone on one with Avneed. She was amazing to say the least. We had our ordered delivered by one of her employees right to ourtravel bus before hitting the highway for our 3 hour drive home. The entire process was beyond amazing. I must have requested gluten-free eight times. She had to remake my order three times because she kept putting gluten items on... my order. My boss ordered lunch for me from this location today via Skip The Dishes. I received my meal, but I was missing my smoothie... which I was really looking forward to. I was going out on a walk anyways, so I went over to freshii and explained my situationto the lady working there (starts with an S, but cannot remember her name). She told me she had provided the smoothie and myfood to the driver, and the driver must?ve forgotten to take it out from the car. She apologized to me at least five times andimmediately made me a smoothie within 30 seconds. I was super impressed with how understanding she was of my situation, and veryattentive to my request. I told her it?s not her fault and these things happen. And she went above and beyond to resolve theissue and making a customer very happy with the outcome. Pretty sad when over half of the greens (cilantro and lettuce both) are bad. I order on skip the dishes but a dish like this... should never be leaving you establishment. Read more
I love Freshii, but this location is terrible. I ordered the Buddha Satay, and compared to other locations I've gotten it at,... this had hardly any vegetables, was a smaller portion of food in general, and what little satay sauce there was was thinned andwatery (there was a pool of water at the bottom of my bowl). It was like eating a soggy, bland bowl of plain rice noodles. Thevegetables you see in the picture - that's all there was. There was no more underneath the noodles.
