If you see the young guy working just turn around. My son wanted kungfu bowl with noodles and he gave him rice in a small soup... bowl. my friend ordered sauté bowl and they put steak in it which he didn?t ask for or want. My son wanted mango smoothie whichhe has gotten many times and told him no it?s for adults? (Wth seriously) And I said no I want to order this then told me hecan?t make it and doesn?t have ingredients. I ordered bamboo bowl and was all rice no sauce. Very disappointing. Read more
This is the second time I've had to complain about this place. First time my rice noodles weren't even cooked. Now this time my... brocoli was yellow and brown, I tried one just for the sake of it and it taste very gross. I would avoid this located at allcost. I bought 3 bowls and with the cost being $45 dollars of these items I would expect fresh food as their name suggest. Avoidthis located at all costs. Save your money. Read more
Went out of their way to add in little extras for a kids meal and gave great suggestions! Even put a bit of extra smoothie from... our order into an extra cup for us. Plus, the food was fresh and yummy. Excellent customer service, we will be back soon! Read more
I come here quite frequently and the male employee is always friendly and quick. Sometimes I think they need more staff during... the rush hours as it can be slow then, but that?s not the employees fault. Always makes my wrap super yummy! Read more
Ordered the 3 tacos. Didn't include the chips in the bag. No salsa. Tacos were sloppy, penny pinched with the cheese, and brown... avacado. Both visits to this location were awful. Eat somewhere else. Read more
Very poor customer service. I received my Pangoa Bowl through takeout and put it in my workplace fridge to eat later. 2 hours... later the whole back kitchen stunk like 7 day old rotting food, it was disgusting. We ended up cleaning out the fridge thinkingit was anything but the new FRESH food I had just ordered. It turns out, indeed it was the Freshii pangoa bowl I had receivedjust hours before. For it to stink up the entire back part of my workplace is something else. Now when I phoned the Callingwoodlocation to rectify this, with a re-order or refund, I was met with a rude employee who ended up hanging up on me, saying shewas busy. I phoned back thinking she surely didn't mean to hang up on me, she answered but was very curt, rude and unapologetic,told me to call her back in 'half hour'. It surprised me. I did, and she was not willing to accept that the bowl was gone bad,and wanted me to travel there to reorder, without taking my name or number, obviously not caring. In the end, I ended upcontacting Skip the Dishes and got excellent customer service from Skip the Dishes. They refunded me my lunch and was veryempathetic. Big rip off. This has got to be the worst freshi location I?ve ever ordered from. Paid $4.90 for added chicken that I didn?t... receive at all (literally open my wrap and could not find a single piece of chicken), wrap is half the size and weight comparedto when I?ve ordered it at other freshi locations.
