Freshii is usually my go to but I won?t be going back to this location. I had scrap pieces of veggies mixed in with my salad... like part of the avocado pits(which I bit into and hurt my tooth), tomato pit/stem, completely brown slimy pieces of mixedgreens. I just wasn?t impressed. Threw it out and wasted $20 (after tip) The food in general is more on the expensive side butthe quality is usually worth it but I will be going down the road to wendys and get a much better cheaper salad in this areafrom now on. I rarely write reviews, but I can't help myself with this one. I ordered a bamboo bowl with chicken for $17 (including tax and... tip). I walked to pick up, and when I got home, they forgot the chicken. I called the store to let them know they forgotchicken, as a courtesy, so future customers would not get a mix-up too. I didn't care to walk back and wasn't even asking foranything as compensation. One would think, they'd be understanding, and heaven forbid, apologetic for the mix-up. Instead, theguy gave me grief - saying he didn't punch in chicken, whether I had a receipt (when he didn't offer one when I picked up), andessentially talking over me and not actually listening. So, while I encourage people to eat healthy, AVOID this store. Nowonder this store has the WORST rating of all Freshii stores in Edmonton - by far! Read more

I love your food, and have never experienced an issue with customer service, barring one exception. Whenever I give my order,... the question that invariably follows is, "Would you like to add a protein?". This question promotes a false dichotomy in whichplant based proteins are devalued and ignored. Your nutrition information clearly states that the meals "as is" are more thanadequate for my protein needs. Why are you asking me to add protein when the meal requires no further augmentation? This isenough to drive me to pursue other healthy option which do not minimize the protein found in plant based foods. Copper Kettle,here I come! Read more

Absolutely brutal. For a place called Freshii, there sure isn?t anything ?fresh? about it. Nothing like paying $20 for a salad... that looks like it?s 4 days old along with the toppings on it. Tired of places that promote healthy eating and charge aridiculous amount for something that isn?t even edible. Read more

Horrible customer service, horrible experience, and a horrible meal. I?m a student and had gone about 9 hours without food as I... had been at school all day. My fiancée graciously went out and got me the Cobb salad bowl I love from the other freshiilocations I?ve been to before. Comes home after spending $20 on 1 basic Cobb salad and a bag of sweet potato chips. I beganeating it noticing that my fork was slicing through some of the greens as I was trying to grab some with my fork. Come torealize that the reason I couldn?t pick up half of the lettuce/field greens was because they were so black and rotten (no itwasn?t the purple field greens it was month old black rotten lettuce). My fiancé brought the disappointment and disgust thatwas this salad, back to the store to get a refund because I was turned off of eating there all together. The person workingbasically told him a refund is not possible, relentlessly, and told him all he could do was give him a free smoothie which wasHALF the value of the salad. It?s literally thievery. If you buy any product at the grocery store that has gone bad, you canreturn it NO PROBLEM. Please don?t eat here unless you want to pay high class prices for literal trash. Read more

THE WORST food and service tonight. My husband picked us up dinner. We got two Buddha bowls. The guy working charged us for... extra sauce, which there wasn?t, tofu was cold and hard, noodles where so over cooked and inedible in mine. The falafels wherehard as rocks, cold and the noodles also over cooked and mush, no extra sauce in my husbands. When I called to discuss this,the guy working was argumentative, rude, and not helpful. Said he?d replace it if we came back, but that?s a 20minute drive. Wesaid that?s not possible tonight. He told me ?too bad then? I work in the food industry and I know that this is 100% not the wayyou resolve a upset customer. LITERALLY just threw 35$ in the garbage ???? Thanks for over charging and being a jackassbuddy! Absolute garbage. Don't waste your money on this. Ordered the tex-mex burrito wrap for myself. Rice was uncooked and was the... only ingredient in the wrap. One piece of cilantro and no tomato. Got the teriyaki noodle bowl for my children. Noodles weresolid and it tasted like dish soap. Kids wouldn't touch it. Horrible. Just garbage Read more
