I made my own wrap, everything was written down. I order the same thing every time. This specific wrap seemed to have all celery... *(note: I hate celery)* but it?s all I could taste. My chicken curry wrap tasted like a tuna/celery wrap. The worker clearlyignored my requests and used tuna-flavored chicken. If I didn?t eat it later at home I would have seriously Asked for a refundafter one bite. It tasted like old cafeteria food, NOT ?freshii? at all. $15 for an old tuna & celery wrap? I popped in for a quick lunch while shopping with my daughter and MIL today. The counter staff were very friendly and our food... tasted great?BUT we had to take our food home because this location didn?t have a high chair. I found that surprising in thisday and age. I ordered a Tex Mex bowl, and as far as I know this bowl comes with avocado. Look what I received, ONE TINY piece of avocado... thrown in the middle of the plate. Besides that, all of the proportions were wrong. Too much rice and tomatoes, almost nocheese. I have been eating at Freshii for years now and I was surprised for the way I received this bowl. It?s disappointing tosee how sometimes people don?t put effort to provide a good service to others. For any employee in any company: don?t takerevenge on your customers, they have nothing to do with what you are going through. Feb 24th update: the owner has contacted meand offered me a new bowl. This time I had a great experience and the food was well done and well served. I even purchased a fewmore items. We ordered a custom salad and fiesta salad and it was absolutely delicious. I am not a big salad fan, but man it was good. The... quantity was adequate, wish I ordered some more. LoL.
