First time at this bar. Waitress was amazing, but i am absolutely disgusted with how her boss treated her, i think they said his... name was Tarsh? But just disappointing because she was so nice and his tone, and way of speaking to her was so ugly ???? -.- iwas so close to btching him out. No one deserves that treatment. The bar wasnt even full or busy for him to be stressing her outlike this. He literally ruined the night and made it feel awkward and frustrating. This girl has amazing service. I ordered pizza from skip and mentioned properly that I want well done pizza. The pizza wasn?t cooked properly it?s base was... kinda uncooked. Now I never want to eat pizza again. Before covid this was a major spot that myself and a large group of friends came to on wing night, we even came a couple times... through covid when we were able to dine in. Tonight I came in for wing night with my kids. The service was excellent! Ourpotines were piping hot and delicious. Our wings were good aswell, however the biggest reason that we all continued to come whenit is far out of the way for us was the fact that you offered Indian flavors for your wings. I am so very disappointed thatthose are gone. I am not sure that I will be back considering I can get the same flavors and service without driving 30min toget them. When i first moved to the area, 4 years ago, this was our go to for pizza and pub grub, and drinks. Im very sad to say in the... last 7 or so months, this place has taken a Dive, a very deep one at that. We ordered a few deep fried appys and pizza, theAppies were not edible, as the deep fryers clearly havent been cleaned in ages. it was actually sickening. The reason i gavethis 2 stars is the waitress was very freindly and looked embarrased. The pizza was still half decent, but to add simplepineapple to a Med pizza was $5.00 (come on thats a bit hefty) the whole place needs a good cleaning, the tables are a messand it just comes across dirty. I tried posting a review to their add on Facebook, but it was immediatly deleted, TWICE! thencoming on here and reading the responses from the Management i can clearly see why. Your Job as a manager is to Identify theissues with your establishment and fix them, not to be defensive and call your loyal customers out. You clearly lack the skillsto do the job effectively. Every time i drive by the place is empty and that tells a story! your food is awful, its not cleanand you need to fix some things, instead of blaming your customers. I see the reviews left on google that are good, and imfairly suspect that they are fake reviews from your buddies, its fairly evident. would i eat here again? NOPE, would i comeback if you fix it, a resounding Yes , so please hire someone that can manage your social media properly, fix your kitchenand cleanliness issues and your atrocious prices, and you will see a come back! Pizza was good but I guess I was expecting more height to the pizza. So there was nothing wrong with the pizza at all taste wise... (a thicker pizza was just what I was looking for when I ordered it). Overall a good experience, with tasty toppings, and quickdelivery time. Read more
