Food has really good flavour. We always order the spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches. Everytime we order it, they hardly have any... sauce. Thank goodness the chicken is good but yeah it leaves more to be desired. Would probably stop getting Wendy's spicychicken if they would just stop holding out on the sauce. Read more
I judge the overall sanitation of a restaurant by how well they maintain their washrooms. When we visited this place(around1pm),... we were very pleased on how well the washrooms were kept clean. Terrible Service!!! Ordered all Original Chicken at the Drive Thru said to wait 15mins, Yes thats fine im willing to wait.Soo... disappointing they gave me the wrong order!!! ? Did not find out till my kid ate and coughing profusely because its so spicy!Very frustrating! Read more
For fast food, the flavors are all there and the food quality overall is very good to great. You definitely get more than you... pay for here. I really do like that the chicken and breading are not greasy. They have been properly "dried" before beingserved. The portions are great for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is clean butnothing to write home about. The seats are stiff and not very comfortable. Tables are small. I do not mean this ASAP slight, thetables and seats do remind me of 90s McDonald's. Bright and colorful, aimed towards children. Kids will love this place becausethey will like the food and likely won't care much about stiff seats, etc. And with that point in mind, Jolibee creates anexperience that the family can enjoy all together. If you're a parent then you'll be able to use the "back in my day" line andthe kids can play with their placemats. Definitely spring for the mango/apple pies. You'll be glad that you did. Read more
The chicken is fantastic, crunchy on the outside and super moist inside. The unique Filipino spaghetti beats fries hand down.... It's sweeter than we are used to and has hotdogs in it...delicious! Read more
Our first visit here was fantastic as we ordered two regular chicken combo burgers. We asked if we could have fresh food and we... will wait for it. Our food was excellent and we decided to return for the second time in a couple of weeks. Again the same twocombos and same request which took a while of waiting expected. We got our order and everything is cold so we returned the orderand it was a battle with the cashier to make her understand that we have been waiting for hot food. So another 15 minutes we getour combos this time the order is wrong. It is not regular chicken but spicy one instead. Everything was greasy and disgustingincluding the chicken was drenched in sauce. Definitely will not go back to this location. Will try Calgary Trail one as wehave so far had no issues there however this store Definitely needs management training. Read more
Some Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my daughter was telling us her chicken doesn?t taste good. So I... tried it. My husband also got one chicken that tasted a little bit off and have a bit of smell. Probably came from an old batch.I don?t like to complain but my husband still Brought this matter to staff member and manager, and feels like the manager wasjust forced to changed the crispy chickens against her will. The rest of the orders were fine. I do understand that chicken areone of those food that are hard to handle and easy to be contaminated. It?s just not worth the money and time in this foodchain.
