I just went thru drive thru and placed an order, the burrito had barely anything in. Fries supremes were fine, spent over 20... dollars and can?t get them to make a proper burrito, tried calling no one is answering, spent over 10 minutes waiting for theorder? Had my husband go yesterday ordered for three people and they forgot the cinnamon twists, my husband went back to getthem. Probably spent more on gas and the person was not even apologetic, this location sucks and it seems they will never getbetter. I have placed several orders they either don?t get them right or make you wait 10 to 20 minutes, sadly this is theclosest location to my house. Read more
Order a boneless meal with 1 extra bone less tender and substituted the salad for a gravy ..... didn't get the extra tender or... the gravy meal was two of the same and both were missing the items . Tried to call in and voicemail only. won't be returningfor another visit Read more
Terrible service, ordered chicken told me to wait by petro, no direction where to park, so obviously pull ahead into the petro... parking lot, wait 10 mins watching the door..keep waiting.. still no food. Drive around and go inside, when i ask where my foodis they proceed to tell me they came out and no one was there, and that i should be parking at the back of petro gas station(ummexcuse me, you didnt even give direction other then park at petro,which i did i guess a specific spot would be importantinformation for your service people to know how to communicate since i was parked at the peteo under a lit sign????). Now imback in and they have to make a new order for me. What happened to the chicken.. one sec and you throw it out ,you dont look fora customer who paid. I shake my head because you cant teach communciation skills to the unwilling i suppose. Waiting for thesecond time. Ordered some chicken and popcorn chicken. They tasted like they were recently prepared in fresh oil. The chicken was crispy from... outside and moist and juicy inside. Order was presented on timely basis as well. Good work team. Keep it up. Read more
I ordered delivery for a set time. Food was delivered and left on my porch; without, ringing the door bell. It is 2 degrees in... Edmonton. The food is cold. Plus the order was wrong. Never going back and never giving them any business. Read more
Sick and tired of this branch. Everytime I order food - whether it's through skip the dishes or at drive-thru, they ALWAYS... forget the individual-sized gravy that I order, costing me money that I could have put somewhere else. If they were consistentat something, it's this problem right here. Happened to me about 6 times already. You'd even wonder why you have to pay extrafor such a small sized diluted gravy. Jollibee gives their gravy for free. KFCs abroad literally have containers of gravy forfree that you could fill your plate with. Read more
Super dry and old regular chicken. As you can see there are dark spots on the wings. I also ordered gravy, chicken tender and... popcorn chicken and also re-heated buttermilk bread which was too moist. I rarely go to KFC and their regular fried chickenalways a disappointment and this branch made it worse. It was better 10 years ago. You should always ask for your receipt whenyou go to this branch. They won?t give you so you cannot complain that is why I made this review. I should have learned from mypast purchases. I came here because Popeyes was closed and this one is open until 1am. Very dry and over cooked fried chicken. The worst ever. One tight is missing some meat. Not sure if they use damaged chicken or... someone had a bite before hand it to me. Very disappointed. Read more
