5 employees. Only one girl taking orders. Others standing around. My order was wrong. I went back up to fund out I wasn't... charged properly so I paid more. Nearly 20 minutes. Not only that but when i got home I was given 1 chicken strip rather than3, there weren't even enough fries to fill the tiny bag. Seriously bad experience, would not recommend. Read more

Great location with some long time staff. Clean and friendly. Been coming here for years and never had an issue. More then you... can expect from other locations in Edmonton. Food is usually fresh and quick. Always worth waiting for a few minutes for freshcooked chicken. Would recommend this location. 5 stars ?? for the friendly staff and courteous ness. Everytime I take a cab there they don't have chicken ready they tell me I have to wait 25 minutes for the chicken to be cooked... !?? If the colonel was alive and heard what that was all about I'm sure he'd slap the manger out !!???????????? I'm sick andtired of going to that location on 124 st and 111 Ave ! 16 times I've been there and as soon as I make my order I have to waitfor a new batch no matter what time I get there ! The inside the Kingsway mall KFC is great. Anytime u order, it's consistent. Quick. & They are great for delivery apps. But try... to avoid the 118th KFC near Coliseum transit station. Those guys make u wait a long time, & one time I had funky sized chickenstrips in my sandwich, it was a weirder than average experience at that location. Read more
I'll give it a 3 but 9/10 times when I visit, I don't get everything I have ordered or paid for. If I pay for dipping sauces,... I'm trusting i don't have to look in the bag every time to make sure they're in there. I do go back when I feel like KFC butthey are slower than I remember them being from like two years ago. Customer service is hit or miss but please guys, make sure,when people order something and pay for it, that it's in the bag or tell us before we pay if you don't have it. Thanks Read more
We asked for a little bit of extra mayo on a plantbased burger and after waiting for 7-8 minutes were served a plant based... burger with so much mayo on it that it was spilling into the wrapper and you couldn?t even see the burger itself under the heapsof mayo. Took it back to get it fixed and instead of making a new plant based burger we were served a real chicken burger afteranother 7 minute wait. It wasn?t worth waiting another 7 minutes to get another burger so we just opted to not eat dinner. Willnever go back to this KFC. Read more
