I am a frequent buyer of KFC. I love the taste but more than that I feel valued as a customer by KFC . If a complaint is made... they take an effort to check into the matter, respond as well as make necessary changes. #Now let me come to this place whichis located on 34 Ave after the Calgary trail road. The customer care is horrible. The staff are unapologetic as my order wasplaced this Saturday at 3.08 pm . It was a mobile order. The app kept telling it's frying for 30 minutes. So my husband wentinside to ask what was happening but the manager a very impolite and rude . She made fun of my husband in front of her emplyees and told him no order was made . He showed them his mobile confirmation which was made half an hour ago. Finally they agreed buttold him only now they received the order. It was truly embarrassing for us as we already paid for the meal . The manager isonly an employee and has to learn to be polite at least. We buy food from a fast food restaurant as we don't have time to sitleisurely in a restaurant. So if KFC tells us the meal should be ready at a certain time we expect it to be so . Delay was themain issue but to top it we were insulted. That's a shame on such a well known fast food chain. The chicken were healthconsciously slim too and Luke warm to touch. We were just relieved to get out of that place. When we asked for the ladymanagers name the other staff would not reveal her name . The manager did not wear a name tag on her uniform. Haven?t been here for a few years and was gladly surprised by the renovations! Great location and friendly service
RIDICULOUS ?? They ask if I could wait at the front and that they?ll bring out my order, and that?s cool with me, I?m happy to... wait. I see people going in and out. 25 minutes later I go inside to ask where?s my order. They said I?ll need to wait anotherfive minutes. It wasn?t even a big order, it was a meal for two! HALF AN HOUR?? This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Rip off, over cooked old chicken and not too mention a gamble to get a straw or... napkin in drive-thru. Very over priced for what you get. Spicy Big Crunch (not so big, flat and alot smaller) & a small popcornchicken was $15.60. Never again. Read more
The food is very delicious, the customer service is great, the cleanliness of the place and the elegance of the staff is... impressive. It?s a KFC. What can I say? Renovated facility. Got my order in less than 3 minutes. Got a bucket of 10 chickens and 3 gravy.... The only thing I will make better is the customer service. Paul?s tone was not positive which is sad as he was saying the rightthings but won?t feel that he meant it. More smile from the voice. Read more
Stopped in for lunch now that this location has been renovated, and it was a nice tasty surprise to say the least. Picked up... the two piece $5 value meal, and there's a reasonable amount of food for the price. Chicken is rather hot with crispy skin (tothe point where if I hadn't let it cool off slightly, I would have burnt my tongue, so it was definitely hot!) and the frieswere hot and crispy as well. While previous visits (before the renovation) have left me disappointed in the quality of what Ihad received, this refresh of KFC has me excited for when I get the mood for fried chicken! Read more
Today I went there to order. The cashier took the orders from others but when it come to me he stop and start moving in the area... . So i kept waiting for any one to help but every body seems busy and the cashier person just ignored me and kept walking doingextra thing . Finally he back and asked me with a fake smile saying ? did you ordered ?
