Went thru the drive through and told them I did not want thighs. She said it would be an extra charge and I said no problem. Got... home and there was 3 thighs in my 10 piece bucket. Called to complain and was told she would give me a credit and then proceedto hang up on me. Tried calling back, SAME NUMBER, and was told I had the wrong number. This is not the first time we have hadissues there but it certainly will be the last. Terrible customer service. Read more
Holy #@%@ !!! Picked up a bucket of chicken here and it was the best tasting KFC I've had in years! Not sure what they did... differently. Chicken, gravy, fries all tasted incredible! Properly cooked and tasty. Days of yore. Great job! Hope thiscontinues. Driving past many other locations for the next KFC craving and going here to see if we can get a repeat. Read more

Came during my lunch hour to take out. Everyone seemed to be standing around just waiting (including staff). I felt ripped off.... I came for the Famous Chicken sandwich on special for $4.95, however I decided to get a combo since it was $10.99 as listed onthe board. I'm not sure, but at most places, combos include a drink, I ended up getting charged for the "combo" and for a drinkand by the end of it, my combo was almost $15... basically I paid almost $10 for a side of fries and fountain pop. The friesweren't the greatest, really soggy. The sandwich was alright. False advertising. I may come back in times of desperation butgetting ripped off leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Read more
Service is horrible and staff are unfriendly. I ordered a three piece meal, the fries were not fresh and the chicken pieces were... smaller than they normally are. I asked if there is any special deal and the guy taking the order said no offers today.he charged me $12 for 4pc chicken with... 1side and 1small fries. Slowest staff in existence. Over 10 minutes to receive a fast food order is ridiculous. They also have an emergency exit... locked, which is illegal. Read more
