This location is rated 2.6 stars for a reason. Always get a receipt because they could possibly overcharge you. I had a coupon... for a 15 piece meal for $33.99 so with GST it comes to $35.69. They said my order comes to $36.74. I asked what the extra dollarcharge was for. No answer. I asked again why am I being charged an extra dollar. Again no answer. I will never visit thislocation again as they add additional money on to your bill. I know its only a dollar, but that adds up quick for extra money intheir pockets. And yes, I kept the coupon and receipt. Brutal place. Read more
I came in to order food and had 3 different employees look directly at me and tell the gentleman in the back I need to place an... order. Still the guy did not come out for 15 minutes no exaggeration. The lady who was ahead of me was even calling for someoneto take my order. After I ordered the guy told me that the other 3 people all do different jobs. I told him in a very calmmanner he could have come out front to take my order he walked away and shrugged his shoulders. Tried to call the store to resolve however like other's have mentioned, their phone's a dud. I ordered a 9 piece meal and with... each piece of chicken I pulled out, they seemed to get smaller and sadder. There's 4 pieces of chicken in that photo - thebones from 2 bite size pieces I ate, and then 2 more chicken nugget size pieces (small gravy on the right for reference). I have gone to this KFC on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and asked for no drums and was... given that. However, the wait time I was told would be 28 minutes and I waited 58 minutes for my food. The second time I went Iwas ordering the same thing it was advised I could not request no drums. I advise that your signage says you can and they saidyes but we don't allow that. And I said I'm willing to pay more not to have drums any other meat just not drums. They finallycame back and said I could have four pieces of chicken, three thighs, one wing. I would get no drums but I would still pay forthe full amount of chicken I was ordering. Ultimately I left without placing an order as they are just the most ridiculousplace to deal with. Plus the one time I did get food there it was horrible. Read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS this is the WORST KFC. They'll make you wait 20 minutes then put a single chicken tender between bread and... call that a sandwich and they'll do it visit after visit. But I guess I should call myself lucky because this is a tad biggerthan the usual chicken tender they use for their famous chicken sandwich. It's ridiculous and then they won't answer their phoneto do something about. Straight to voicemail. Reaching out to head office says they'll provide "feedback" but time and timeagain they do the same thing but hey I'll keep trying until maybe they shut it down or something. We'd all be better off. 2nd time we have ordered via drive through from this location with the same result. Old grease used the chicken was discolored... deep brown not golden & tased disgusting like burnt old grease both times. Can't talk to anyone when I phoned just goes to1990s automated voice mai. My wife really wanted some KFC to recharge the batteries after giving birth to our second son and she hadn?t eaten in almost a... day. This was the closest kfc to the hospital. After driving there I decided to go in and order as opposed to using the drivethrough. Well? one person in front of me, simple chicken sandwich order? 40minute wait.. 40 minutes? yes, you read it right. Theone person in front of me had already been waiting 10 minutes before I got there. After eventually getting the order, I took itback to the hospital and guess what my wife said ?I would?ve rather stayed hungry?. I hope that KFC corporate sees these reviews- this franchisee is not fit to run one of your restaurants. Dreadful experience, dreadful food. Go to the Popeyes nearbyinstead. Read more
