I wish I read the reviews before I went to this location. I don?t often eat KFC but once in a while I will . The food ?quality?... was horrible, very oily and old tasting ?chicken? , hot wet - mashed something ?potato? like and brown flour rich ?gravy?. The first visit and the worst. I called this location and order for pick up. I specially asked for fresh and they said they will... cook. And this is what they gave me after waiting. I am really disappointed with the service and don?t recommend anyone to go. Ihad guests at home and they were all disappointed as well. This is my First and last time order from this location. November 07 at around 1 pm, i ordered 9 pc chicken meal with fries and gravy for $19.99. And i came home and tried it for lunch... with my wife and son. I found a hair as not even half way done. So i threw them out in the garbage. So i went back on my way towork, it was around 5pm and brought that hair i found and also showed the manager the picture. He kept saying this cant be hisstore cuz everyone at his store are wearing hair net. And he asked for the receipt which i never received. So i showed him mybank transaction. He never said sorry but kept saying this is weird. This cant be his store. And he asked me where the rest ofthe chicken is. I said i threw them out. Then he said he cant give me a full refund. So he only gave me $15.99 refund andwithout saying any sorry and he looked like he is accusing me of a liar.
