So last night, they tried ripping me off, I was about to order the Mighty Bucket for 1, limited time offer, which ends today,... but no they were gonna charge me $16.50, when the other location near my house offered it for $10.50, and that's the stapleprice for it I believe, it was freezing outside, and all I wanted to do was gouge into some spicy chicken, but I couldn't, so Ileft back into the cold, and went to the Carl's Jr nearby. Seems odd...at lunch time on a Friday that you have no chicken ready and it will be a 15 min wait. Now drive thru is full of... everyone waiting till you cook chicken when that is actually your product. Seems like someone needs to learn how to run a "fastfood" joint. Read more

Do NOT order from this restaurant or KFC. Terrible customer service. Placed an order at kfc online before 6pm. Said it would be... delivered by 6:35pm. 7:15 I get a call from skip the dishes saying my order cannot be delivered and would I like a refund, Isaid yes. I specifically did not order through skip so the restaurant would make more money! Then I get a call from therestaurant saying they can remake the order, no, I would like a refund. They said they do not do refunds and I will have to haveto call head office. I called head office and they said the refunds has been issued. Fast forwrd to 8:30 and my food wasdelivered. They re-made the order and sent it to me, it was delivered at 8:30 and left it on my doorstep. I gave it away. Waited2 weeks, no refund, i called head office again and they said I have to call the store, called the store and they said no refund,my food was delivered. Called head office again and was told the store needs to approve the refund. Aaaaarg. No more KFC for me,Popeye's it is which I suggest everyone does!!!!!!! We ordered for takeout, and it was an order I expected to take a few minutes, but it was quick! The staff was very friendly and... professional, and confirmed the order after it was finished, something many fast food restaurants don?t do. The food was good,though the chicken was saltier than usual and darker than I?m used to. It could just be the batch. Read more
