The last time I ordered from here the cheese bread must have been out at least 5 hours because it was so hard we couldn't even... pry it apart where it was not cut and my kid lost his tooth trying to chew it. 80% went to the crows that also dropped it oncethey tried it. Was just in lil Caesars, no masks while in the back making pizzas.. simply asked for a well done pizza, had to wait for the... pizza to be ready anyways, seem like they took it out of the oven even earlier. They never answer their phone when I try to order. But when I go in to order they are on their cell phone in the back. One time... I called 4 times in the parking lot and saw them through window just talking to each other with no customers They lie to you.They make you wait 15 minutes for a hot and ready but it always takes longer. This is a review of this location but also the franchise in general. First of all, their website, be it on desktop or mobile, is... TERRIBLE. You select the create your own pizza option and the entire site goes dark. By that I mean you get a blank screen andhave to keep pressing back, therefore erasing all of your progress on an order, until you exit off the site entirely. Selectany other option and it'll come up with some excuse to not process it(whoops! please call our number). It's immaterial whetheror not you have an account, the result is the same because they don't care to perform the most basic of maintenance so that itcan be even minimally functional. Their app is also completely useless and deserves it's 2.2 star rating on the app store. Ihad it on my phone for less than 2 minutes before realizing what a terrible mistake I made dedicating even a single KB to it'spresence on my home screen. I'm not sure what else to say other than it just does not work. Now onto this specific location. Iordered yesterday and my breadsticks were burnt, hard, and cold. My pizza was completely wrong and the seal was broken. When Irealized all other options were shot I called them directly and the phone rang for over 30 seconds before a staff memberbegrudgingly answered. I was not even offered the option for delivery, despite themselves being advertised as offering suchservices. If their drivers are busy I can wait. I can literally call(or use their website because theirs actually works) Pizza73 right now and get my precise order delivered to me in under 30 minutes, hot, with friendly staff and have literally never hada wrong order from them. Undercooked and poorly prepared. I had to take both the pizza and crazy bread home and put it back in the oven to cook it... myself. I've never had a deep dish pizza with less sauce and cheese on it. And since the bread wasn't fully cooked, therereally wasn't anything here to be happy about. When I asked the staff about it, they told me it wasn't undercooked, as all theproduct looked the same... And actually showed me other product that was ALSO undercooked. I usually LOVE Little Caesars Pizzabut I will never go to this location again. Read more
