Mixed up order, second time in two months. The employee didn?t seem happy about fixing the problem. Will not go again.

Contrary to some of the other more negative reviews, I have never had any issue with Mary Brown's. I very much enjoy their... chicken and offerings as a change from the other major chicken place. This location is clean and my experience as being goodwith all of the staff. Have not had any issues with my orders so far. Have been coming here for years. Read more
Took a star out because of the wait and did not add sauces with the chicken tenders. There was some confusion with the app but... it was all sorted out. They were apologetic which I appreciated. Overall the workers were good considering the misunderstandingand as always the chicken tasted great anyways! Read more
Ordered the chicken burger w/ pickle chips. Told the guy at the till I ordered the pickle chips before and were badly over... cooked, he was kind enough to verbally inform her about my previous complaint I figured...awesome! I'm FINALLY going to haveproperly cooked pickle chips...but NO, this is what the gave me...as you can see one of the two packs have deep fry FLAKES half way full to the top. ???? never going back there again. Not best. Not even the best location of Mary Browns. I have ordered two Big Marry?s. The price is ok since it is on same on... Mondays but I will it be happy pay the full price. The chicken was over cooked, dry, and not juicy. The bun was, as you see inthe picture, old and full of wrinkles. Way too much mayonnaise. One last thing, the employees were arguing among themselves.Particularly one of them was loud and ride to the others. I am giving this location one star for all above mentioned reasons. Read more
Crispy chicken that are HUGE in size.. The menue is very limited, they don't have much selections.. What they do have is the... "Big Mary" this is their MVP.. THIS is an equivalent to the Big Mac at McDonald's and the Whopper at Burger king.. I highlyrecommend the Big Mary, it's a chicken sandwich but it's unlike any you will ever taste, it's fluffy, the sauce is blendsperfect with the chicken, it's quite amazing. The only thing that this place is NOT cheap, the chicken pieces are veryexpensive for not a lot of chicken, KFC IS MORE value for your buck but not as tasty. This place was really good the other few times we came in but our last visit we were not impressed. We went into the restaurant... and it was empty but I noticed all the tables were not clean and same with the floor. We cleaned own table and chairs before wesat down. We decided to stay anyways and ordered 4 pieces of chicken with fries and drinks. The chicken was ok but notconsistent as one of the large pieces was a bit on the soggy side while the other 3 were crispy and hot. The fries and saladwere good . We where a bit disappointed with this visit and may refrain from coming back for a while with hopes it was just abad day for them. I hope things will return to normal as we liked this location.
