1st time ordering - put in order on their website almost 3 hours in advance for in store pick up. When arrived said it will be... 20 mins. That didn?t work for our order, asked for refund & they said they could not do it. Not sure if will really be ready in20 mins. Terrace Plaza location and ordered the Big Mary, Spicey Big Mary and large fries. Have no idea why I waited so long.Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Ordered food around 5:30 on June 3 , the two girls were extremely unprofessional, while I was in the store about 3 other people... ordered as well and they got all 3 orders wrong. I came home and realized my order was wrong as well, I called to let them knowand the girl who picked up the phone just started talking to the other girl while I was still on the call.
