Like the environment, that's about the only good thing about this place went at a quiet time service was okay to start then our... server just disappeared. Ate here on Sept. 13, before the Roger Waters concert. Ordered the 'Real Deal hand battered fish & chips'. Absolutely awful.... After receiving my order I noticed it was not hand battered and told the waitress so. She tried to pass off the 2 pre-formedfish triangles as 'hand battered' but, I would not accept that. She went to talk to the chef and came back to tell me that I wasright. I've eaten fresh fish and chips all over and for $22. I was practically eating a kids fast food meal and let the Managerknow, and asked for a discount. His answer, showing on the bill was a measly 10% off. I mean really?! Visited match this weekend. After a long wait ..we knew as soon as we got in we were ordering nachos. Can't go wrong with nachos... right. ..wrong. After waiting 40mins or so for the Cho's to come out . Staff(not our original waiter) and another gentleman cameto our table to tell us they don't have nachos an we'll need to order something else. The other man interrupts (not our waiter)an says actually we fixed the problem an nachos will be right out.. They bring out a plate of nachos.. covered in 7-11 cheesesauce. Unmelted cheddar stuffed in the middle of the chips. The menu does say made in house sauce.. absolutely not. If I wanted711 nachos.. I would have walked to the 711 down the street . Went here yesterday between games. Wanted to book a table and though they were closed, a server gave me her phone so that I... could enter my details to make a reservation. She said it probably wouldn't be busy but I like giving notice as it helps. Plus,we had one person in our group with mobility issues so making sure we had a low table was a necessity. When we arrived they hadour reservation and we walked right in. Though it wasn't busy I'd like to think they appreciated the effort. Our server wasgreat and she took our drink orders quick. Decided on a cider and then their Steak Sandwich with added mushrooms. Should havelooked at the description before but I figured they would all be the same. NOPE! This was hands down the most flavorful steaksandwich I've ever had. At $25 with the added mushrooms I would happily buy it again. The bread was perfect, there was a nicesauce that coated the perfectly cooked steak in a garlic and seasoning. The lettus was crisp and all together, perfection. I always trust reviews and I give honest reviews as well so here we go. Wherever I go whenever I see a blackened chicken... sandwich I have to get it and compare it with other restaurants.. I ordered it and I was absolutely not impressed it wastasteless, also the fries were a bit cold and tasteless, tbh MacDonald's fries were way better than this one. Came here for supper after an Oilers game and only had to wait a few minutes to get a table. Was impressed with how quick our... drinks were served followed with our food shortly afterwards, all this given the fact that the place was crowded. The food wasgreat and prices were decent. Read more

Came in during lunch on a weekday with a few friends and nearly had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Good ambiance and... friendly atmosphere. Food was great and reasonably priced. Service was quick though we couldn't locate our server when we neededassistance. Would definitely return again. Read more
