This place is honestly kind of gross. They don?t clean the tables often, and there were flies everywhere. The staff is nice... which is the only positive besides the food being standard. I always get the filet o fish, so it?s fresh to order and showstheir speed. Read more
Literally get coffee here every day since it?s by my work, and 4 out of 5 days I can guarantee that they messed my coffee up in... some fashion. How hard is it to make a double double? I guess too hard for even their managers, since even when I go in there toget another it takes 2 tries for them to get it right. Maybe they don?t stir the coffee? Maybe their sugar machine is broke? Ican?t tell when every coffee they put out tastes burnt and watered down. Better luck going to Tim Hortons, hopefully you liketheir coffee. Read more
Might as well just closed this branch. Went there at 2130 trying to make an order, the staff there saying they are cleaning... the place so only limited choice can be ordered. But your closing time is 2300!!! Come on, you are telling me you need 1.5hrsto do the cleaning!? Unbelievable!! Don't bother getting McDonald's there, just go to the one nearby which is like 1mindrive from here only! Apart from that, their service is always bad and they worked extremely slow. If only it?s possible to give zero stars, I would. I have been to this mcdonalds so many times and each time was a disaster.... Worst MacDonald?s in Edmonton and in any walmart ever. Slow service and unfriendly staff. The bIack lady with the glasses who?ssupposed to be the ?manager? is always RUDE for no reason and often yells ar customers and sometimes you can even hear her beingrude to her staff. 1 time my kid asked her for something and when my kid turned her back i heard her complaining to herworkmate about us. she is so unpleasant and rude and always giving dirty looks. 1 time I ordered at this mcpdnalds again and Ididn?t see her at first so i thought it was her dayoff or something, but then she came out from the back and as soon as we sawher, the guy behind me whispers ?oh she?s here? and left. and that tells me what kind of person/manager she is. Another problemi have is the lack of sundaes and ice cream cones in this location. I have been buying here for almost two years and a half nowand youd think they would have an ice cream machine by now , and NOW THEY TOOK OUT THE smoothies too. this used to be a goodlittle mcdonalds store and i love coming here after grocery shopping because it?s such nice-looking little store ,but i willnever buy here again. the way you treat your customers is just terrible and it?s really bad for business. I came here to get a happy meal (nuggets) for my kid and I got home and there was no nuggets. Called them and they said the... manager will give me a call back, but no call till date. And the staff said I should drive back (a 16mins journey) to come andget my nuggets. Absurd!!! Read more
