I don't go here that often but every single time they manage to screw up the order. Drive thru moves like a turtle and they... don't even care about curbside pick up. On top of that, they're not apologetic and make it seem like it's my fault. I agree withall the other reviews here. I would rather go to Riverbend. This is a pretty terrible McDonald's location. Its such bad consistency and even if it's a "good day" it's still bad. Have had... multiple items missing from multiple orders. Get it right currents location. You are sub par at best and now there are so manyother quality options in Winderemere. Brutal. Read more
This location is usually decent compared to other locations, but today I am disappointed to say the least. First off, they... forgot one of my two fries which I didn't notice until until I had gotten home, and all the food was cold and stale. One of the grossest and worst managed McDonald's in the city. Garbages not emptied, floors not swept, tables not cleaned,... cooking stations clearly in rough shape, no napkins, straws, lids...and also all over the place!....and not even starting on thebathroom. Every time I ordered something with no bacon they always mess up my order and put bacon In there, today after waiting a while... for my food I ate my food in a hurry as I was hungry and found bacon bits all inside my wrap. This is the best McDonalds in the city. Doesn't matter if it is lined up around the block the staff working the double lane... drive through can get your order to you in record time. Also the food is good here. Better than most locations a benchmark ofMcD's if you will. I like this one, I recommend it. Even when it's busy it's still great. Read more

In an... industry where your every customer is questioning their decision to even patronize your establishment due to rising costs,lowering quality, and consistent inconsistency, this McDonald's really goes the extra mile to fly in the face of convention toleave their customers befuddled as to how even the simplest of orders can be made incorrectly. From pushing in the backs oftheir french fry containers in order to serve the customer less than they think they're getting, to prioritizing deleting ordersfrom their service board in order to keep up order fulfillment stats - to the point their own staff loses track of what has andhas has not been served, this establishment has proved time and again that it can be trusted to serve the customer withdisappointment and dissatisfaction.
