Marleth (staff) is extremely rude. If she doesn?t like working she should quit. She has her own rules at McDonald?s. I had been... waiting for 10 + mins outside a locked McDonald?s store. I had received a text that my order was ready for pick up. Upon noresponse I went to the drive thru to pick up my order. This lady started yelling at me. I told her I was waiting right at theassigned courier parking and no one showed up for 10 mins .According to her rule, she wanted to me park at an unassigned parkingspot for delivery pick up .Their instructions are clear on the courier app.But, her rules were different than what theinstructions said . And still kept yelling at me. She should know how to treat humans. Read more
they messed up my order 2 nights in a row. both nights i ordered a PLAIN double cheeseburger. first night they gave me the... pickles and ketchup and second night i didn?t even get it. there is a specific lady who is god awful at her job i wish i got hername. Read more
This location is great for of course the food, location but the number one reason I enjoy this place is the customer service is... always excellent. There is a lady that works the window and has been there for years, she has the best personality and always ispleasant to speak with, even if it only last a few seconds. Read more
Definitely one of the better McDonalds for sure! Great staff, never seen an unfriendly person there. Always fast. Rarely makes... mistakes on orders and if they do, just call them, they always make up for it. Read more
Orders 4 different combo meals and the restaurant got my order wrong. I tried to filed for a refund with SkipTheDishes and they... won?t refund my money. Every time I order food from this location or do dine in, they always mess up the order. I know thisplace always has enough people working here so how is it that you screw up on peoples orders. Exactly what you expect from mcdonalds, order modifications will be messed up but otherwise they usually do a good job. After... making 1000 burgers the same its easy to mess up the 1 thats different. Not a bad coffee stop. Read more
