I absolutely love how this location consistently tells me to park elsewhere to wait for my food, tells me it?s gonna be a minute... or two, and then brings me cold food 15-20 minutes later EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. to throw out because who wants cold fast food. Topnotch service guys, I think I?d rather go hungry than give you guys money again for some of the worst customer experience I?veever witnessed. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in on my lunch break and ordered 2 Jr. McChickens. Came to around 6.40 after tax. I gave... the employee 5 dollars cash and said I?d pay the rest on debit. However, I failed to notice that she had taken my cash andcharged me all of it on debit. Once I had caught this, I had about 3 minutes left on my lunch break and did not have time to goconfront the employees. I however, went back about 2 hours later when my shift ended. I explained the situation to the manager,and he counted the till, but the extra 5 dollars was missing. The cashier no doubt took my cash as a tip. As there was no moneyin the till, the manager could not give me my money back. Once I went home, I went to file a formal complaint, but the managernever gave me my receipt back and I did not have the ability to. I know the store had cameras. If they checked that they wouldno doubt see me giving cash, as I dropped some on the floor on accident. Anyways, never go to this location. They will stealyour money. Read more

Ive eaten here thousands of times with no issue, but tonight i got food poisoning from their food. Resulting in me having to... cancel my interview in the morning. Ate at 9:35pm, Its 1am right now. But this isnt what upsets me the most. I called the nightshift manager to inform them of the situation and how their food has made me ill.suggested they clean the kitchen thoroughly toavoid making anyone else sick. The response i recieved was far from expected. First off, Jasmeed as she identified herselfthrough prompting, asked which McDonald's i got sick from. Why would I call another restaurant about a problem they didnt haveanything to do with? Second she tried gas lighting me by saying "no one else got sick" as if i woke up at 1AM to randomly callMcDonald's or to make things up. Then proceeded to tell me how they cook the meat to temp amd blah blah blah. Im not calling toask how it was cooked im calling to tell you , you made me sick. It was literally the only thing i ate and was deathly ill in3.5hrs. If you have had food poisoning, it moves fast. Not once did she apologize, not once was she empathetic to making mesick and having me cancel my interview. Because in todays times i cant even go in because we live in a world afraid of "covid".Its frustrating when an establishment makes a customer sick and their response is extremely unprofessional. I dont want freefood or anything else. Never asked. What i really wanted was them to take my complaint seriously and clean the kitchen amd maybeapologize for making someone this sick. She is not manager material, needs more training and I will be contacting her superiortomorrow to deal with this situation properly. Being in this type of position requires you to take responsibility for your teamand all the good and bad that goes with it. You are required to be the face of the business. Thats your role. Do better. Trycaring a little more when you make someone sick. And thanks for helping me miss my interview. Read more

Just left this location and dealt with the most disrespectful teenager. Placing my order and the only response I got repeatedly... was "I guess so" I replied with "excuse me" to which I got an irritated raised voice "I GUESS SO"...you'll have to excuse me ifme ordering a cheeseburger and two Jr chicken burgers inconvenienced you tonight...will be calling and placing a verbalcomplaint with the manager tomorrow. Iv been in the serving industry for 15 years so I would never be disrespectful to waitstaff because I understand and also am one, this was just pure ignorance. Read more

The night crew at drive thru was so helpful and amazing.They served totally fresh food and it was given on estimated time. I... don't remember the manager name but it started with A. He also gave us free vanilla cone coupon. It was a great experience !!! Read more

Only go to this location during late night. Any other time is horrible, the staff is rude and always mess up orders. The late... night staff are amazing and always get great food. The one girl Cassie at the drive thru is fabulous, she?s always so happyand helpful. Read more

Of all the McDonald's in this community, I find this one is consistently hot and fresh - which is the only reason I keep going... back. 3-star rating because they regularly forget to include items in the bag (in the last 5 orders I have had missing friedand a missing burger). Check you bag before you drive away. One star off because they often make you park and wait for yourorder when picking up in the drive through. Read more
