Super rude staff, and managers. I went through drive through and they said it was going to be thirty mins while their system... updated. When I was going to ask if they would accept walk in dining, they ignored me, so I drove up to the window. Not only didthey look at me and ignore me, they even came to the window to fill a drink up, and walk away!!!! Unbelievable!!! Read more
I am giving a 1 star on customer service today. We were lucky to win free small coffees on the monopoly game. I asked to upgrade... to medium, and naturally pay for the upgrade. The server just told me over and over that it is not possible as it is only for asmall coffee. ???? Read more

3/5 13th October 2022 Came here on visit to Edmonton from Dubai so I?m comparing to the food there. I ordered the normal... chicken burger just the sandwich. To begin it was very expensive just for a burger. And the burger bun was very hard. The pattytasted good though. Read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald?s location I have ever been to, I have been overcharged on numerous occasions. The employee... Jaspreet is rude and incompetent on a daily basis. I will not be coming back this location as long as she works there and I knowmany people who feel the same way as me. Furthermore they say ?we can?t take your order right now? when it?s past 8pm with zerocustomers. Read more

Good place for a snack or a meal. The staffs are friendly as always. The food is good too and there is hardly any wait here.... However, the place could be a bit cleaner as I have spotted litter on the floors and tables a few times. Read more

This is how it was delivered this morning. This location is so gross. I?m confused how something could be cold, hard , soaked in... grease . I get it McDonald?s lol and it a dirty fast food.
