Room for improvement. Even with relatively simple orders, this particular location gets the orders right about half the time and... will often forget specific items. If you get sent to the reserved space to wait for your order, you might be waiting for overtwenty minutes if they forget you or accidentally give your order to someone else. Honestly this is the worst McDonalds on the southside. They constantly miss food in the orders. They park everyone in the drive... through and still can?t get the orders right. If you have already left because you are in a hurry their only response is to givecoupons. If you miss almost half the food I was supposed to get give me a refund not a coupon. I will take the time to go to adifferent MacDonalds from now on. Read more
I had a really rough morning at the Cross today. On my way home I placed my order for comfort food in the drive thru with a lady... who had a wonderfully soothing voice. She made me feel better immediately just by listening to her speak. Surprisingly my foodcame reasonably quick, it was hot, and was exactly how I ordered it. Thank you! Read more
Food was okay, I had purchased a 2 for $6 promo through it app, have a screenshot of the purchase as well, but was charged $12~... on my card..? I go here often as much as I shouldn?t but it?s close to my new house. I am allergic to onions and every single time I state ?no... onion, it?s an allergy? 9/10 times they still put onion on my burger. I constantly tell the voice order box, the person takingmy cash, and the person handing out the food and it still happens. If the person in the back can?t read a screen withinstructions on it regarding allergies they should just be put on order taking. Not impressed went there yesterday for monopolycause why not and got onions, went today cuz once again easy to get quickly and boom onions on my burger again. Do better Read more
I have ordered junior chicken burgers from there. They don't put a chicken pattey in it. I know they are busy but someone is... paying so please be careful. I get other burgers cold and they patties are very old they are using. Read more
I have been to this mcdonald?s a few times now and this has to be the slowest and most disorganized fast food drive-thru i have... ever been in. The other day I ordered a small meal and was sent to wait in the reserved parking spot as they couldn?t get myfood out fast enough. I sat there for close to 20 minutes for a burger and fries in a pile of other cars that were sent to waitfor their food in the reserved spots. It was chaos. lots of people were getting impatient as some people were getting their foodbefore others that had been sitting there longer. They had one guy running back and forth out with orders and he didn?t evenknow who had what. He went to every car window asking what they got. They also tell you to make sure to double check the bagbefore you drive off as they aren?t confident they even got your order right. I have never once got my food from the normaldrive thru windows, i am sent to wait in their parking lot everytime. This has just been one bad experience out of multiplesince going to this mcdonald?s and i won?t be going there again. Read more
If you're getting take out inside the store good luck. They would have served probably 10 drive through customers before they... get around to doing your order. And there's also a chance they forget about your order too. If I can give negative 5 stars Iwill. Read more
