Today l came to the south gate mall at 7:50 pm and wanted to buy some pretzels and the girl that was working that day says she... is closed because she ran out of the dough, everything was cleaned. Couple of more customers came and were not happy that thestore was closed one hour before closing time. Closing time was supposed to be 9:00. Extremely disappointed and angry, as wellas frustrated. I made a large order through Skip for an event I planned. The owner and I had emailed prior to the date, to make sure they would... be able to fulfill my order. Come to the day, skip the dishes refused to fulfill my order as no drivers would pick it up up evenwith a time frame of 3 hours. Eventually, The owner Ola called me and told me he would personally deliver the food(even in thesnow storm) in order for our company to have our food. I was so baffled at the kindness and so grateful for the amazing clientservice. I will ensure to use them for catering again in the future and would recommend anyone else to do so! Read more

HORRIBLE! My friend and I went to Mr. Pretzels earlier this week and we ordered some Parmesan pretzel. It was served cold to... us. When I went back to the lady and told her it was cold. The only thing she has to tell me was how can it be cold? It wassitting in the warmer. Not the review that I was hoping to post as we are a fan of Mr. Pretzels ever since this location opened a couple of years ago.... We ordered 3 Pretzels and you get a free one. The Pretzels that we got were stale and very hard. It was not even close to howthey serve it when it is fresh and soft. Although we ordered this late (around 7 pm), I do not think there should be any reasonto throw the old batch and give customers fresh pretzels. Read more
I couldn't help but to smile when I took the first bite. As far as shopping mall pretzels go, this is as good as it gets-- and... it's excellent. The dough is made fresh and baked to order. Those two things are the biggest factors that play into what makesthese pretzels so good. There are a variety of flavours that I have yet to try, ranging from the classic salted to sweetertypes. Furthermore, all of the pretzels are the same price: $3.75. This is something I definitely appreciate, and encourages meto come back and try the rest out. In summary, Mr. Pretzels will land you a fresher, better tasting, and cheaper pretzel thanpretty much anywhere else you can find. You simply can't beat value. Read more
