We came into the store at 845 pm to grab dinner, my sub was made incorrect but I took it anyway. Then they said we couldn?t eat... inside Because they wanted to close. So we sat outside in the car. They didn?t lock the door until 10 min after 9. There is noreason. We couldn?t eat inside except they didn?t want to clean the table. I took a bite of my sandwich and it was truelydisgusting!!!!! And I love Mr. Sub usually. When I took it back inside for a refund I was spoke to rudely and she didn?t want torefund said my sandwich was fine. And the bread was fine. Eaten here many times, the food is always good. Except for one time, my sub had been destroyed by a new employee. It was... basically a sandwich salad. I brought it back and they made me a new one. Great service. Read more
Closes early even after you call and say you?ll be that one customer who shows up just before closing and verifies they are open... until 9pm. Show up at 855pm and they are closed. Very disappointed even after they said they would be opened. Guess we won?t seeyou again. Read more
Tried my first Mr.Sub today. The staff were welcoming and helped customize my sub. The size was smaller than Subway, but taste... was way better. Had the Louisiana Pepper Chicken. Chicken was juicy and tender. Ingredients were fresh and crunchy and didn'ttaste like there were from a freezer. Read more
I've always loved Mr. Sub! Especially their super assorted subs! I've honestly never had a bad experience at one but this one... was by far the best!! I really appreciated the excellent service! I'm not from the city so when I come to Edmonton I always stop& buy a few subs so I can enjoy them over a couple of days! The gentleman that served me was very accommodating with thepackaging of my sandwiches & even put the sauces in little containers for me so I could add them later without having to worryabout soggy sandwiches! Went to buy a grilled chicken sub for my launch. There was too much busy during the launch rush, but the staff was very quick... and professional well experience as I saw them. It was less then 10 minutes to prepare my launch meal. Sandwich was verydelicious. Best place to buy good and healthy food. Read more
