A burrito is a burrito. This location is convenient and clean and service is usually quick. I find the veggies are often limp... and dry but the rice, beans, and meat are good quality. I find this location is pretty stingy with the meat portion. You can buyan entire avocado for what they charge for a spoonful of guacamole, but that?s a corporate decision so can?t really knock thestore. The staff here is usually pretty good. Read more

I order online through skip the dishes . I immediately got a call from the restaurant. The lady says that they don?t have... shrimps and asked me to change my order to a plant based bowl . I said I dint want a plant based bowl and would like to cancelthe order. I also told her that if Shrimp wasn?t available you could have taken it out of your menu and I wouldn?t have orderedat the first place and saved me al this time . As I was working I told the lady to cancel on her end and she says I need to waitfor an hour on the phone with skip. I said I am working right now and I won?t be able to hold for an hour with skip just tocancel my order. Then she says okie you wil have to pay the delivery guy extra when he delivers . I asked her why do I have topay him when I have already paid skip . Then she says that okie it wil take 15 min to prepare. I said I don?t mind waiting.Thenshe says okie fine I?ll prepare the order for you . This is so unprofessional. From this I learnt that she just dint want toprepare a Shrimp bowl and lied to me first that shrimps is not available and tries to find reason to not do her job . Normally great but todays service had me wondering if the server and I were gonna have a problem. Literally served by the most... hostile prison cook of a lady ever. Slapped my food into a box refused to speak.. seemed like she was 2 minutes from quittingand honestly she should. Food was gross, service made me uncomfortable. Nice service but when we ordered two 'mucho' size burritos of which one was vegetarian and one was with meat and the vegetarian... burrito was basically a smaller burrito without meat. They didn't put any extra veggies, but charged the same price. Quitedisappointing. Read more

Worst burrito I've ever had. Burrito was nasty, all I could taste were beans, sauce, and green peppers.. Took it apart and sure... enough, all I could see were assorted beans, green peppers.. Had to really dig around to find the 4 tiny steak pieces and maybea few onion pieces. Threw my burrito in the garbage, will never be eating from here again, other places ration their burritosbetter.
