Compared to the (now sadly closed) St. Albert Trail/137 avenue location, it's just not the same. Quality/freshness isn't as... good, the burritos are poorly constructed (mix the ingredients together!), and the place itself just doesn't seem as cleanly andtidy. They also will charge you for an extra topping, even if it's just a handful of chickpeas and you don't get sauce. Read more

Best mucho location. Whether you see them in person or use skip the dishes, they listen to instructions and are okay sometimes... substituting. They are friendly about it and end up making you the most delicious food. Friendly every time I go in. Read more

owners should rethink allowing teenagers to run their establishment. person who made my burrito was unloading a delivery, then... came and made my burrito without washing his hands. waited 10 mins for my food and it was cold! way too expensive for thequality of food you get. Read more

Their food is always fresh and always good. I love that they make their guacamole and chips fresh, in house every day. It has... such good flavor. The employees have always been really nice and helpful. This location has always been very clean at eachvisit. I will definitely be back! Read more

Firstly, the lady was more focused in asking our vaccination proof. . My husband showed it first and I was pulling out mine from... phone but she had no patience. Rather than paying attention to making our bill and serving us good, she was more interested inshowing her ego like we are asking for food without money. Secondly, patheticccc customer service. CHARGED US EXTRA FOR NOREASON. And when we realized, we asked for the receipt. So there she is - she charged us More.. and we took return that extramoney from her. Rather than paying attention to your ego, and showing your tantrums keep your focus on serving customersbetter. Lastly, the sour cream which she gave us was not even 25% of that container. Even she didn't gave us spoon, we had to goand ask for it. She ruined our evening and the mood to even eat. We are also working in retail services, I am sure we are nottaught to behave like this.
