Worst customer service I think I?ve received at any restaurant so far. The 2 ladies there were sweeping and moping when I got... there and they just kept doing what they were doing. TLDR: Save your money and disappointment and go eat literally anywhere else, they don't deserve anybodys business. Been to this... location a few times now, multiple employees are all disgustingly cheap with toppings, most likely taught to be this way by theowner/management. You get less than half the normal toppings of any other mucho burrito I've been to, and if you ask for morethey'll give about 5 beans more! I don't know how they are still in business here, you will never get repeat customers when youare trying to rip them off a $15 burrito with only $5 worth of toppings. We ordered 22 burrito bowls this past weekend and had them delivered to the Expo Center. Communication with staff was first over... the phone and then vial email. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. I requested all burrito bowls come with sauces onthe side so that the meals wouldn?t get soggy if the team wasn?t ready to eat right away?.not only were they warm and fresh, butthey were delicious as well!!
