My wife and I had a kid free evening last weekend and decided to explore the 124st area. Came across this small Italian bistro.... No regrets. Our meals were delicious! The staff was unbelievable. We'll be back! Read more

Friends of ours recommended this place and boy it did not disappoint. The food was AMAZING. Good portions and quality... ingredients. The restaurant is small but didn't feel crowded. Our server, Kirstin, was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enoughgreat things about her. If you have the pleasure of having her as your server, ask her about the edible flowers! All in all, fantastic local Italian place. Will be back for sure! Read more

The staff member we had was very knowledgeable and handled all the tables on her own very well. The open kitchen is a little... loud especially with the exhaust fan, but the overall environment was cozy and welcoming. I want to make a note about thewaitress, she was very knowledgeable about all the food and wines. She was able to make wine pairing recommendations anddescribe the foods and drinks to help us decide our food for the evening. The food was delicious, I had the mushroom gnocchi, and my friend had a seafood pasta. All made very well, with enough to take home! Read more

Nuovo Bistro has definitely become my new favourite Italian place in the town. Their pastas are super delicious and already ... ordered twice in a week because i couldn’t resist to try new ones on the menu. I have tried Tagliatelle Florentine, RigatoniCon Salsiccia and Linguine Aglio e Olio. Be it the Crispiness of Ham and Snap peas in Linguine Aglio e Olio, rich creamy textureof Tagliatelle, or spicy sausages in Rigatoni Con Sasiccia. Their menu is reasonably priced with good portion size. I can’twait to try other items on the menu. Read more

Good place for casual dining, food is made quick and portions are on the larger side. The open concept kitchen is nice added... touch. The only downside is the restaurant is so small and the staff are limited. Depending on which chef is on duty willdetermine if your dish is a hit or miss. The first photo is Spagetthi Carbonara and the second is Linguine Aglio e Olio Read more

The food here is PHENOMENAL. SO delicious, I cannot recommend it enough!! Worth every penny! The meatloaf stuffed with bacon... melted in your mouth and came with mashed potatoes covered in a delicious red wine sauce. We also tried the mushroom Gnocchi andthe mascarpone cheese sauce it came with was *chefs kiss*. And the tiramisu was the perfect end to the meal and was servedbowl-style, something I haven't tried before! Unfortunately the drinks were just meh and the service wasn't that great. For somereason they can only make one hot chocolate at a time so they came well after our dessert was done. They seemed to be out of alot of things (Riesling, Bailey's, Whip cream) and the server never knew so she was constantly coming back to our table tore-take our order. Normally I'd take off at least one star for this but honestly, the food was so amazing it doesn't deserveanything less that 5 stars. Read more
