If I could do a negative star I would. Went today and ordered a panang laksa which has been my go to for years. What I got was... not that. It was as if someone had spit warm egg white on top of pasty noodles, added a cup of salt and then tofu that wasscorched on one side and tasted of black plastic. I immediately drove back and told the man behind the counter it was reallyawful, describing my experience and he looked at me and mumbled something like "that's how it should taste" and something else Icouldn't understand. I said let me order something else and he went to charge me??!! I asked why he would charge me for theexchange and he said he could give me 30% off. Hahaha wth. Come ON!! I pulled a full Karen here by writing a review and evenemailed them. Doubt I'll hear back now that it's a huge franchise. I miss the days that the food was good and even tho theywere sour punkers on whyte you would get a meal, and not a sloppy pile of salty phlegm on noodles. Read more
I got two orders of Kung Pao noodles with shrimp and the shrimp tasted rotten. It was disgusting, I had to spit it out. Couldn?t... finish my dinner because it was absolutely vomit-inducing Read more
Really disappointed with our experience with this location today. We ordered some food from here, and what we received was an... insult to say the least. We paid for extra veggies and extra noodles, and definitely didn't get them, plus our boxes were onlyabout 30%-40% full at best. We called the location to find out what happened, and the staff was unhelpful, and unapologetic. Wewill not be ordering Oodle Noodle anytime soon, if ever again after this absolute gut punch of an experience. Absolutely horrible. I ordered a box with extra veggie extra sauce and extra noodles. Split into two boxes. I ended up with two... 40% full boxes with almost less noodles, than would be ordered without extra. Veggies were exactly the same amount as if youordered normally, not with extra. All for $27.00. When I called, they denied and said it?s all pre packaged. Absolutely horribleexperience and I order from their other locations without issues all the time, so it must be a location issue. I?ve neverordered from the franchise and been so disappointed as today. :( Especially with groceries and food being so expensive thesedays to order out: you don?t want this kind of experience to top it off. Ordered from Oodle Noodle (Terwillegar) for the first and LAST time today. Their menu advertises a well known Vietnamese noodle... dish called Bun Cha Gio. Simple google search will show you what it is and what its supposed to be/look like. What I receivedwas a soggy mass of vermicelli noodles, mushy veggies and grey meat, drenched in generic teriyaki sauce. When I called themanager he yelled and insisted it was "authentic" when I suggested calling it "bun cha gio" was misleading. Authenticity aside-the dish was awful. Rude manager, disgusting food. We went there with lots of expectations but was thoroughly disappointed. We ordered Jungle chicken and Hot pot chicken. I had... the jungle chicken. The taste was ok, nothing great, missed the zing. Also some of the chicken pieces were very dry and fibrous.I chewed and threw out a few. My wife had the other one and that was very salty. Seemed someone put double salt in it. Read more
My food was very obviously made a day or two prior and sat in the fridge until served to someone. It was very hard , dry and old... :( I wish these places would care about the quality of food/service they are giving. Read more
