every time I come here, the girls there seem very unhappy and just unapproachable. Went to Opa last weekend and got amazing customer service and my son loved the food. Raj was absolutely delightful to deal with.... My son finished his pita and tzatziki dip in no time (rare for a kid who only likes chicken nuggets from McDonald?s). Total winfor this mom! Read more

I went in wanting a spanakopita, which is my usual order here. They didn't have any, which is fine, so I chose to get a veggie... wrap instead. The lady who was making the food asked me what toppings I wanted and I told her "Everything except onions andjalapeños." Which according to the sign and the website, would have included tzatziki, tomatoes, lettuce, and feta cheese. Shenodded like she had heard me, so I assumed she had heard me right. I hadn't been looking when she was making the wrap and whenshe passed it to me, it was wrapped up in a box so I couldn't see it to correct her when I was there. When I took it out to eatit, however, she had only put onions, lettuce, tzatziki and feta cheese. I would have thought she had misheard me as saying"only onions and jalapeños" but obviously she didn't based on the contents of the wrap. I know that it's loud in the foodcourt, but more of an effort should be made to correctly make people's orders. I generally enjoy their food when it's madecorrectly, but the customer service here needs major improvement. Especially with communication regarding food because ifsomeone had an allergy to something they asked to not be included in their food and they put it in, it could have deadlyconsequences. Calamari is not good. It looks like the oil is old or it?s over cooked or it?s been double fried. I was advice to try again on... different day????. I always buy Calamari on Manning Town centre and it?s always freshly cooked and the calamari is soft andfresh. Read more

3.5/5 it's not bad. The food came out quick. The calamari could taste a little better. The salad was on par.
