Have been to this opa a couple times now, and each time has been more disappointing than the last. This is the filthiest place... i've ever been in, with a disguising quality of food. The oil looked extremely dirty and looked like it hasn't been evercleaned, as well as the bowl where they took the fries from looked really oily. Staffs uniforms looked like they have never beenwashed, and unprofessional. As a restaurant owner the staff reflects the restaurant so that is an overall a bad image. We usually drive to a different Opa location even though we live 5 mins away from this one because of how bad it?s been in the... past. We decided to give this location another chance today and we will not ever be back. The inside is so dirty where theyprepare the food is disgusting. Our wraps had chunks of the burnt pieces off the grill stuck on them. Our meat and wraps werealso very much over cooked. The salad was almost inedible. Because of the food quality and cleanliness I would not recommendanyone to eat here. Read more

Excellent customer service and good food. Fresh and consistent basis my previous visits. However, this is one of the dirtiest... restaurants we have visited in edmonton. Advice to the management - You have some really good food please complement it with anice welcoming, clean ambience. Read more
The skewers are amazing! This doesn't feel like fast food at all! The best way to enjoy is one skewer of each, steak, shrimp and... chicken. The staff are quick. They are not quite as organized as some other places but they are friendly enough. There seemsto be confusion as to where the Skip The Dish people should pick their orders up and where others should stand to order theirtakeout. PRO TIP- They will even modify the salad for you if you wish which means even fresher ingredients. Read more
The service was very slow and the staff were unprofessional. I waited 18 minutes to get my food and all I ordered was a wrap.... The issue was several employees just were standing around and moving as slow as possible. On top of that, the staff messed up myorder as well so then they had to redo it. When the staff member asked what toppings I wanted on my wrap they were super rudeabout it and put like very minimal amounts of lettuce. When I politely asked for more the staff was rude about it. The stafflooked like they were miserable and showed no enthusiasm whatsoever as I wasn?t even being acknowledged when I was being talkedtoo. Even though the food is good, it?s not worth it to wait almost 20 minutes for slow and poor service. Read more
