1 star is too much for them! Staff are too unfriendly dont know why!!! Food tastes below average! They dont have chopsticks, you... have to ask for napkins, you have to ask for soy sauce, i mean seriously! If at a chinese they dont offer these things whoshould? McDonald's??!! Won't be back that's for sure! Ordered chow mein, broccoli and beef and chicken with celery. Very small portions of each. And... next to no meat. Very disappointing. Might as well been a vegetarian meal. Check your order before leaving. Lesson learned. Read more
Went to the drive through and ordered two meals one with drink. Was told we would have to wait 12 minutes for the orange chicken... but our first meal was ready. We asked to wait and not make the first meal until the second one was ready because we didn?t wantit sitting there cold. We pulled up front and waited 12 minutes, went inside to have the bag of food sitting waiting. Took itand went home which is 15 minutes away, got home, there was no bottle of pop with the stuff and the first meal was cold, thesecond meal had rice and not chow mein which is what we ordered? from the very first moment we pulled up for the drive throughit wasn?t a smooth process. Good fast chinese food. I went here for my first time a week ago as i was nearby and wanted to check it out. I ordered the... chicken fried rice that came with 3 sides and I got 2 spring rolls. The chicken fried rice was good, the orange chicken wasnice, as was the brocolli beef. I can't remember what was my 3rd side. For 14 bucks? It was a good deal, lots of food and quick,in and out. The quality isn't the level of a resturaunt, however its good and the price is right. Read more
Honey walnut shrimp was bland, Was just shrimp with very little flavor. Rice was dry, chow mein was okay. Orange chicken seem... like it was dry chicken covered in sauce. No idea what happened to this place. Used to have good food. Good thing edmonton isloaded with similar foods. Best not waste your time and money on this place. Read more
Probably my worst fast food experience. Picture speaks for itself - food was rotten, gray and inedible. Rice was a mushy, soupy... texture with a pungent fishy aroma (won't guess where that came from). Came at around 7pm and was basically told they were outof everything. I'm now sat here at wondering if food poisoning is worth the risk. I definitely think I will bin my entireorder. I've had Panda Express many times before and this is pretty bad. Always hit this one up if we are passing through. Great If you like Chinese food. Nice people! it is fast food but it's good... and looks like real food unlike other options. Never had a gut ache from here if you know what I mean. So food must bedecent. Read more
