I have been going to this location for five years and never had a problem with the service or food experience, UNTIL NOW! I... order two combination dinners and a side of chicken balls. After repeating myself three times if I could have lemon sauce forthe chicken balls which the employee said yes?than no?than yes?.than finally yes-after consorting with another staff member(speaking in Chinese). I was going to be charged $1.50 for a 3 oz container! If the chicken balls comes with a sauce itshouldn?t matter what colour orange or yellow! Needless to say I declined on the extra charge and got the FREE sweet/soursauce! Very disappointed in customer service I?ll give this location one more try before I move on! ???? Read more

Truthfully the worst takeout experience I ever had, I just moved to the other side of the city and I was really excited to try... this location. First of all!! No one could actually speak english whoever was that guy working this evening, my portion of foodis very small!! compared to the location on the southside and none of the food was fully cooked!! my meal was completelywrong!! Ordered takeout, and only once I got back to my office did I realize instead of getting a full order of ginger beef I got a... smaller order as part of a meal I didn't order, which was priced on the menu as less than I paid. Get the combo for 1. The lemon chicken had good flavour. The veggie compartment had a good thinner sauce and after the veggies... are eaten you can dip your noddles or rice in the sauce. Chicken fried rice with real chicken bits! Like a mix of maybe classicchinese food with the western fried chicken? Good mix. Fresh veggies. Keep up the good work. Read more
Approximately 2/3 third of my nuggets had no chicken in them at all. I ordered two of these meals for $16.50 each and had... almost no chicken at all. I was very disappointed. I was looking to get a quick lunch but was the complete opposite. Ordered Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli. No flavor no sauce.... Just steamed not hot or panfried chicken with plain noodles and dry carrot garnish. The place is quite filthy and staff are notvery friendly. Will never eat Panda hut every again anywhere. Read more
We thought we would try Panda Express as it?s been awhile. I wish we hadn?t. This location is disgusting. It?s easy to see that... they rarely clean their floors or surfaces. Food and gunk built up under the tables. The bathrooms were even worse. They stunkvery bad and the toilet & urinal looks like it has never been cleaned. This place should be shutdown until they can comply andappropriate regulations. Will never return. Read more
