We ordered a garden bowl. When it came, it was less than a quarter full. Enough for possibly a couple of spoonful's. We were a... bit disappointed so I called the store. The manager directed me to Papa Jons as they dictate how much goes in the bowl. I calledPapa Jon's, and they asked me to contact the store manager. This has been our go-to local pizza store for many years. I willnever use them again. I would like to add just a follow-up to the original review. I requested a phone call but did not receiveone. The feedback form is not helpful. I did receive an email from the store owner repeating that Papa Jon's is responsible forthe content of the product and not the store. There is no resolution to this. I recommend buyers be weary of this product andthis store. You are not getting what is advertised, and you have no recourse. Attached are some photos I hope this helps. Read more
One of my favorite pizza places! This place is not very far from my home. So I often get a pizza on my way back from a little... walk. They do have a couple of chairs inside their little place. So I can wait while the pizza is getting ready! The dough isalways very fresh! The toppings are so amazing that I rarely add any dipping sauce while eating the pizza. I am so sad I did not receive the order i placed online. it was only half the toppings, i ordered double cheese, pepperoni and... olives and did not get that. In addition to not getting the stuffed cheese and pepperoni crust. There is a possible flaw intheir online system which did not register the crust options and the person making the pizza clearly didn't see i ordered doublethe toppings. i enjoy the flavours of the pizza, but the order was inaccurate. 2 orders in a row completely wrong will not be ordering from here ever again. Wings were hardly cooked and was missing items... from my order and the pizza was wrong, gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a few days later & they did itagain. Called and complained and they didn't seem to care either just told me to call customer service because they're to busy. Read more
My partner and I ordered 2 medium vegetarian pizzas with Alfredo sauce a couple weeks ago and when the pizza came both pizzas... had tomato sauce. I called to let them know and the person who I spoke with told me that he would give me a credit for bothpizzas on my account. I asked how I would use the credit next time I call he said just tell them your name and number and theywill see the credit for the two pizza. Now a couple weeks later and I called to order pizza using the credit we have and theytold me there was no credit and the best they could do was 50 percent of which is the CURRENT promotion that EVERYONE can getright now. I was told if I want to order go online and type in promo code THANKS. I am completely dissatisfied with the customerservice and I was lied to. Pizza was not bad but wasn't what we ordered. So uncut veggies, all toppings on one side of the pizza and a manager says I don?t care, call the customer service?? We cut the... onions ourselves sir is not an excuse!! Pizza is substandard. Toppings quantity for pepperoni was good, but the overall flavor is extremely bland and boring. Other... pizzas we ordered had less toppings than pizza 73. Hawaiian was a major disappointment. pieces of ham were very chewy likerubber. They also committed major crime of putting toppings on first, instead of cheese, only psychopaths do that on apizza. 2/3 of our pizzas were over cooked as for re-heating, in my opinion this pizza does not taste good the next day. Evenordering this on Tuesday (50% off) still wasn't worth it for me. Read more
