The guy working on the till thursday 25th aug at about 6:20 pm has no bisness dealing with customers as a first contact .he is... so direspectful to customers to the point of telling us who were simply asking the price of the food to stop asking him too manyquestions and to leave the premisis if we can not read the menu . I trully dont anticipate or expect anything to be done thisman , but i just hope the owner of the shop understands the importance and Value and social power of a customer . it takes yearsto build a reputation but only one act of foolishness to destroy it . i will never be going back to this location ever . i hopethe owner understands the potential time bomb( metaphorically speaking ) of an employee they have. Food here is great but my only complaint is that the cheese on the pizza is a little light and they don't dust their pan with... cornmeal. I know that's a very little and specific thing but it just ads that little extra touch of flavour and crunch.Otherthan that there's no complaints here. They have great prices and the pizza is already ready on time. Read more

Served RAW chicken from this location, make sure to check your food before eating it.!!! Edit- The Call Center Manager should... have had all the details from the call with the supervisor yesterday. All the details are in your store on camera. The cook hadno clue how long to cook the items for, no documentation in store with cook times for the meat, timer was probably not even usedor correctly used on fryer, food was never probed/temp checked once out of fryer. Fails on multiple levels, this shouldn?t haveeven happened in the first place. The LAZINESS of one person has caused a major issue, it has also brought too light the otherissues within the management and other departments. This is a matter of Health and Saftey. The pizza was terrible, barely any cheese, crust was soggy, we didn?t even eat it. We called and they replaced the pizzas which... was nice, but the new ones were equally as bad as the first. Strongly suggest ordering from some where else. Read more

Pizza was over cooked. Hard, no flavor. Upon pulling the first piece out it stayed straight. No bend in the pizza, no stringy... cheese. I asked for extra cheese and barely got any. I have been ordering pizza 73 for 20 years in Edmonton and after my 2ndtime ordering from this location its been over done/burnt. I have to post a review. I?m not normally one to complain and write a review about a subpar experience , unfortunately this warrants the script. I... ordered a large pep and mushroom pizza with extra cheese as a walk in. Once I collected my wheel, I opened the box to find aundercooked slab of dough with little cheese and virtually no marinara sauce. At this point I still wasn?t even that concerned,I mean it?s pizza 73.. I?m not expecting the finest. I went back In and asked if I could buy some marinara sauce because therewasn?t enough on the pizza for my taste. The cashier looks at me and says, no we don?t have that ability as I don?t have acontainer to put the sauce in. I respond: So your telling me as a multi national pizza chain you don?t have a single plasticcontainer to put a table spoon of marinara sauce in that I will pay for?
