We ordered pizza and wings through Uber eats from this restaurant.Pizza was totally uncooked.I took one bite and it?s like... eating flour.Wings were stinking as well.I called pizza 73 they said u need to call Uber eats.I called them they said we can?tdo anything with this.So just wastage of money.No direct number to restaurant so can?t talk to them.So totally disappointing andwastage of money.So make sure before ordering from this restaurant through Uber eats specially. As of April 12,2022: I received an email today with a 10% discount code. It didn't work on the the or on line. When I called... they told me I needed to use the online ordering. The log-in didn't work and they wouldn't apply the discount or free items Iwas given The service in that regard, as it has been in the past, was terrible and dismissive... and here's mostly what youordered but we're not going honour the rest. Previously: This particular location has always provided great food, and amazingservice! We ordered 2 pizzas. One was wrong and both of them had bad cheese. We threw up all night and called pizza 73 next morning to... put a compliant. We called the call center (only number you can call), which turns out it?s located in India. They said they canonly give 50% refund back and asked us to contact the location directly who made the pizza. We called that location and reachedthe central line again to which they said we should just go walk into the store and complain. I could hear in the backgroundthat the call center guys were making fun of me as I understand Hindi, I could make out what they were saying. They werelaughing about the fact that we got sick and made a comment that ?that?s what you get for ordering from Pizza 73?. I think theonly thing that?s left to do is file a compliant with consumer protection agency?(out of principle) as these guys just do notcare? and the call center in india and their consumer policy is a joke. Best pizza in Edmonton so far we have tried since we been here. Was fresh and the price as very good compared to others. Staff... was also very nice and patient when I was a new customer ordering. Read more
We were so disappointed with the toppings. We ordered pepperoni and mushrooms and donair pizza, there was hardly any pepperoni... or donair on our pizzas. Their golden crispy chickens were alright and delivery guy was friendly but i dont think we will beordering from them again. Read more
Got a box of 40 wings that cost $30.00 and found feathers in a whole bunch of them. We called and got offered a $5 credit. I... don't write negative reviews unless the customer service was awful, since I understand bad things happen and can be handledwell, but this wasn't handled well at all.
