I ordered pizza from this location yesterday through my app. The delivery driver phoned me to let me know he was here. I went to... the door and he was at my neighbours house. He turned around and looked at me and snapped at me that I gave him the wrongaddress. He came around to my door and repeated himself. I replied that no I didn't. He pointed at the receipt and shoved it inmy face (about 6 inches from my face). There was a moment of silence, as I literally could not believe he was speaking to melike this, and then he snapped at me again and yelled "TAKE THE RECEIPT!" When I went inside I looked at the receipt andnoticed that there was in fact two different addresses on receipt. One was my neighbours and the other was mine. I can't explainwhy or how two different address were on the receipt, but it does not excuse how the delivery driver handled himself. Completelyunacceptable. I will never order from Pizza hut again! For anyone who does order from here, make sure you preheat your oven to450 as they consistently under cook their pizzas and you will need to finishing cooking it once it arrives. Read more
Misleading advertising on their drink deals!! Their website says two 591 ml bottles of pop for $4 but what came in my order was... two 355 ml cans. And the pizza was all mangled looking. Tasted alright though. Read more
Tried this place several times. They are really careless and inconsistent. This time there was olives on the pizza when I asked... for it without, and they botched the cutting of it. When I worked at a pizza restaurant if we butchered a pizza this badly, weredid it. We've had more bad experiences than good ones here. Missing items, undercooked, overcooked, uneven toppings... justbasic pizza stuff, so I think this review is fair. Read more
Just realized my original review had been posted on the Pizza Hut in Meadowlark when my horrible experience was at THIS location... so I will repost my review here! This happened approximately 2 months ago in May, and I did contact Pizza Hut's head office tofile a complaint, and I have not heard back from anyone since so I think that speaks to the overall customer service of thiscompany. Now they are advertising a 9 inch 3 topper pizza for $11.99... comical LOL. This is why I order from pizza73!!!Imagine this tiny pizza costed me $15 and it wasn?t even a 9? from their pizza recipe menu! Such a rip off and the ?manager? atthis location has 0 customer service! I go in and was under the impression the ?create your own? pizzas would be $10.99+ tax fora 9? & that you?re allowed 2 toppings so I got bacon and pepperoni, no veggies no extras. it was $14.97. I asked the cashier whyit was so much and she said because the $10.99 was for cheese only?? NO WHERE on the menu does it state cheese only. I alsothought their 9? would be somewhat bigger so I bought it even though I felt uneasy. I get home and open the box and the pizza is so small! For $15! I call the restaurant hoping to get a refund or to upgrade to their $16.99 box and I was willing to paywhatever difference and the ?manager? basically tells me there?s nothing she can do and the cost was the cost. I said this wasnot what I was expecting at all and not what I wanted. it was so expensive for the one tiny pizza. I would never spend $15 onthis lmao. I get told nope, that?s it. Been ordering pizza from here for the past couple months and everything tasted decent. These past few times the pizza has been... undercooked and doughy. Today once I got into my car with the pizzas I checked them out. The one that was supposed to behomestyle crust is now a thin pizza no worries on that. The pan crust pizza was flimsy and had a very very light colour crust sobecause of last time it being undercooked I went back inside and asked if they could cook it more since it looks undercooked.She told me if it burns there?s nothing she can do, then she open the side of the oven and put the pizza in. It looked fineafter it came out again but once we placed a slice on our plate we notice it was still undercooked. In the pic under thepepperoni what looks like gooey cheese is undercooked mushy dough. Not to mention when I got inside the guy filling up thecooler with pop had to run out back to grab someone for me since he notice I was waiting quite a while and when she came to thefront she stayed on the phone chatting during the transaction to even cutting my pizza with it on her shoulder. She could oftold whoever she was talking to, to hold on a moment like most places that serve you. Almost wanted to bring the recooked pizzaback and ask for a refund?. Since we were driving in very late into the city we planned to order pizza when we got to our hotel room. Ordering was easy... enough and the time it took to be prepared was about the same. Getting to the store was a bit tricky and parking was greatbecause it was so late. The employees did not look to be worried about hygiene during this pandemic with no gloves or mask on.They handed each other things with close proximity not practicing the social distancing procedure. And when getting into my carI could smell something was burnt I also smelled it when the employee handed me my boxes of pizza. My wife said it smelled goodso I thought it was just in my head but I could smell the burnt smell. When we got into our room and opened the boxes thepepperoni pizza was not even cut all the way through so we had some big pieces of pizza to handle (3 slices all connected) andof course the pepperonis were curled upwards and black at the tip of curled parts and blackish red the rest of the pepperoni.The saltiness was so bad it was as If they sprinkled on two table spoons of salt on top. And the chicken parmesan was not asgarlicky and flavorful like we usually have it. Just every bland and and dry. The effort to go back and make them remake it allwas just too much and since we had our hearts set on pizza and didn?t eat a solid meal for 6 hrs we just ate it and drank lotsof wine to try and cut the saltiness (did not help at all btw). Pizza is was good! Spaghetti was like a soup, plates everywhere, 1 waitress... we used plastic forks and plastic knifes because... they run out of metal... all was in the table! Never going back to this place Read more
So disappointing... every time! My husband and I really enjoy Pizza Hut's breadsticks with cheese. Every time we order, we hope... it will be better than the last time... but it never is. There is barely any cheese (quite aggravating since you have to payextra for the cheese), lacking seasoning, and they are always burnt. Read the negative reviews before ordering - they are bangon!
