Screwed my order yet charged me full price for re order and hour wasted. Screw your auto replies. I thought store would be... closed by now. Very dirty job. Also old food used and bad pizza made. No one in store knows what pizza is let alone good pizza.Wish google reviews had -10 in stars. Wish pizza hut looks at reviews and shut it down. Kids get sick everytime pizza isordered. Please see other reviews how bad this store. This franchise store is " DISGUSTING" and very bad SERVICE from staff to restaurant... manager.hope the Pizzahut head office of will do corrective action. I'm not from Edmonton asking for refund due to bad qualityof wings and pizza they gave to me. But Instead of apologizing they said it's not their fault,I should blame their suppliers(gordon foods)and they DON'T do refund,only store credit. I told the restaurant manager that I'm 330kms away so there's nochance I can go back. Then restaurant manager said he can't not do anything about it. There lots ways how to refund my money youjust don't want to do it. That's "STEALING." Read more

Zero stars. Delivery driver had the wrong address; couldn?t understand the difference between East and West addresses. Called... the store to discuss and were dismissed once food finally arrived. Horrendous customer service; dismissive and rude. Haveordered from here monthly for years. This is the last time. Read more

Very bad customer service, front staff has to be more welcoming. Their veggie lovers pizza taste completely different (bad) from... other pizza hut locations. They cheap put on the toppings, and their phones don't work, so you can't even call them to make anyspecial requests or even to place a modify request. I have been to this location twice and sadly both times had a badexperience. I Will not recommend anyone to order from this location Read more

We ordered stuffed crust pizza here. The staff are nice and accommodating. I asked if I could wait outside for my order and they... let me. Very satisfied with their service. A Mask is required to enter the building. Read more
