The bold guy with glasses who claims himself to be the manager of the place is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wanted to... use a gift card that had issues with scanning, but needed to be entered manually. It turns out they have an older till systemthat doesn't have this option. Instead of simple explanation the guy screamed at me. I wouldn't mind paying debit, but he didn'tgive me a chance screaming that "he didn't have all day". , "He is a manager, don't teach him" etc.... I am a usual customer,always come there with my kids and ordering large portions for my large family. Perhaps his glasses were too foggy to recognizeusuals. Way to loose a profitable customer! This Callingwood location deserves a negative 1 star. The worst Pizza Hut experience I have ever had and I am a Pizza Hut Fan.... This is not my neighborhood Pizza Hut store, thank goodness! I ordered it and picked it up for a friend in that area. Bewarned...There are no rules enforced for cleanliness at this location! The pleasant young woman taking orders and using the cashregister goes back to the kitchen and immediately starts working with the dough with her hands without washing her hands first..She DID not Wash her Hands First!! When I pointed it out to the owner/manager he went back and what seemed to be just for show,told her to remember to wash her hands. A few minutes later she looked at me and went to the sink and turned the tap on for 5 to10 seconds, wet her hands and STILL did not wash them! Also, there was absolutely NO sauce on the 2 dry pizzas...just a tiny bitof cheese on a doughy crust. I know the cost of ingredients are rising but just a teaspoon of sauce for a large pizza.Disgraceful! The absolute worst pizza my friend and I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!! Read more

Late night pick up, the pizza was cold and was not fresh at all. The worker gave us "deal" but it was not until we got home... that realized how old it was. Will be in to talk to the owner this week. Read more
Would rate higher but they make actual money off us by charging for debit use... Terrible practice! Not everyone has access to... cash, especially house bound people and those with disabilities. They shouldn't be allowed to make money off debit machines. Wepay more for use than they do for rental. Very disappointed in this unethical practice! Ok buckle up because this is a doozy. So a friend of mine ordered us Pizza hut as a nice gesture, problem was she ended up... ordering and paying in advance from a store out of our area, so we contacted the location, and they got our order transferred tothe Collingwood location, to be delivered to us. Simple right? Nope. First they took forever to get the delivery to us, and onarrival the driver asked for payment. Again, this was a pre-paid order. So I tell the driver the situation, he can't do anythingfor me, he is just doing what the receipt says. So I tell him to call his boss, he does. They chat for awhile, then he hands hisphone to me to speak to the manager. The manager straight up does not believe me that the order was pre-paid or transfered, andsays he is going to call the cops on me. Worst! I applied for delivery driver and their app didn't work on my SAMSUNG Galaxy A20 smartphone. Bold manager from Lebanon is... very unfriendly and ignorant, trying to treat me like a dog! All drivers are from middle east and male ( wonder why). Women,don't order your pizza from these women haters, please! Horrible experience. Read more
