I really appreciate the service and food this Pizza Hut location provides. Orders are made promptly and on time. They have very... good combo's and promos and the app makes things even easier. Menu board is misleading. Says you can build your own pizza yet does not indicate only specific sizes. (Edit). Contacted the... higher ups that are responsible for company and was told to contact the manager of the outlet and wanted to know which outlet itwas. Refused to answer the question and obviously have no idea what's on their own menu boards. Read more
I tried to place an order online, three times it said it couldn’t be completed and to verify my information-after entering my... payment information. I checked my account and was charged all three times. After the third it said that location was closed! Icalled the number for placing, making changes to an order, etc. the lady told me to call that location because she could seethat it was still open on her end. I phoned the location and the staff member was so rude. He told me to call head office to geta refund. I called the customer support line and was told to go to the location I placed the order with or write a letter. Yeahokay! Didn’t get any food! I want my $150 back!!! Read more
I strongly suggest and recommend you not to order from this place. Avoid one more regret in your life. Unfortunately, they... easily mistaken orders, changes requests and delivery time. I am under the impression the management has some issues that areblocking their potential and, for that reason, find some other pizza place to order your food. Trust me on that! Read more
Horrible. I ordered for is Pizza Hut a while ago and 2/3 pizza were severely under cooked. So I ordered again yesterday even and... yet again my pizzas were under cooked, along with some brownies I got and those were extremely under cooked, they we gooey stilland not the good kind of gooey, raw sorta thing.
