Ordered a beef primetime donair. The wrap was pretty good and satisfied my craving. However, I did order extra cheese, and it... still wasn't enough. If I pay for extra cheese, I expect every bite to have at least a decent amount I can taste. Also, anothersmall gripe....I didn't ask for peppers, but my donair had them. It'd be a good idea to pay a bit more attention when making thecustomers' orders. The little details go a long way, especially when there are plenty of other donair places in the areacompeting for business. Ordered at this location for the 1st and last time. The employee taking orders needs a few classes on customer service. He made... me feel as if I was being a bother when placing my order: Sir, there are PLENTY of donair places around the area where customerscan choose to order from. I would work on welcoming the customers that you do get feel welcome. Also, why is the meat sochunky? Its cut into huge chunks, grainy and very overpowering. Can?t order via phone as they don?t pick up when calling, then tell you they won?t do phone orders. Staff accusatory when... errors, food ended up cold. Tried to bring concern forward on their website, the Customer Comment Card states ?error??. Poorcustomer service all around! Read more

Donair meats are dry and BURN!!! Classic Poutine regular asking for $9.60 not even can compare to any other Donair store on the... cheese on fries in it. 1st and last time. If can give 0 star, that's what my review will be. Read more

Wow, I would love a true donair connoisseur to try and taste the donairs they serve here. It is the worst ever, the vegetables... are lightly sautéed not sure why, the meat is tasteless. The vegetarian donair has what tasted like soy chunks with no flavourwhatsoever. I feel this place is like someone is trying prank us with substandard food and sitting back and laughing at us.Never again. Read more

Wow. Thank god I have lots of alcohol at home. I moved in across the street and whenever I get home late I try somewhere new.... Didn?t care for a lot of the veggies so didn?t order any but did order EXTRA cheese. Not sure where that is? Overall I didn?tmind the taste but sure didn?t taste like any donair I?ve tasted before.
