I?m not usually one to make reviews, especially not bad ones, but I feel that whoever runs or owns this place needs to know that... the quality of the product is not enjoyable! I ordered a Beef Donair at the WEM, it was ridiculously small, and on top of it, itwasn?t good, especially the wrap tasted old, and was tough. I would give the service a 5/10 and the product a 3/10 . Tasty yet small portions for the price point. Me and a friend went here before going to see a movie at the windermere... theater. On a friday night they close at 9pm? or at least did that evening. Personally I think really early for a donair placeto close, donairs are late night food. Anyways it was the day Rogers was down, so maybe that's why. My friend had the donairpoutine and i had a regular donair with cheese. Honestly my donair was tasty not awesome or anything but man was it small,especially at $13 for the donair alone it was pretty small. Just look at the pictures. At 9.99 maybe that donair would of beenacceptable but at 13??? No, I wont go back. Would it kill you to put more meat in there? Felt like I was just eating wrap. Read more

I just went in today and asked for a beef donair with honey garlic and sweet sauce. I don?t think this is the beef donair as the... donair meat is cut in small squares. Also instead of honey garlic they used some sort of spicy sauce. Normally they do a greatjob and I have had no complaints, but this order is totally wrong. Read more

Edit: because of my review they reached out and offered me a coupon for a free poutine! That?s already 5 stars to me AND to top... it off the size of the poutine was great and totally made up for last time. So all in all this is a 5 star place and certainlyworth a visit so i?m not usually one to complain or give less than 5 stars, but i was slightly disappointed with the portionsize seeing as i paid $15 before i say anything it tasted great really happy with the flavour but as for the portion size thelast picture only only one bite was taken and that?s all there was left( i pushed the fries over so you could see how much therereally was) for a large poutine this isn?t very large and would not be easy to share between two people. hopefully next time iorder i?ll get my $15 worth for all i know they could?ve been closing up and running out of fries. i will 100% switch to 5 starsif next time i order the portion size is better!
