Staff is clearly very incompetent and cannot read how to make an order. Sub was essentially thrown together by a toddler-... everything I wanted on it wasn?t there, and everything I didn?t want was on it. I the bread was so soggy, tasted like they ranthe bread under water and the meat was wet. I didn?t even fed it to my dog. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Customer service is non existent, staff aren't friendly. The food isn't for human... consumption. Staff have a mask policy but no one wears masks during this scary time. I recommend avoiding this place at allcost, you could make the same food at home and not worry about catching anything. Customer service is selective. Went in and patiently waited for them to take my order. When asked what I would like I was... disrupted and asked to hold on while they finished what looked like a conversation with an acquaintance. She came back and askedme what I wanted after forgetting the first part of my order so I repeated it and ordered 3 sandwiches on white Italian breadand a flatbread pizza. She came back and asked for a third time on what kind of bread again and I politely responded ?all ofthem on white Italian please?. She made the sandwiches before the pizza so I had to wait with my sandwiches warm and bagged,which was probably best because when I arrived home all of our sandwiches were made on whole wheat bread that was extremely dryand had barely any sauce on them even though I had ordered extra sauce on all. Needless to say, the pizza was no better than thesandwich and normally I am not one to complain about food especially if it?s a busy time. But no one was in their after herfriend left and the customer service was insulting, which was why I am leaving a review. I love Quiznos and we order frequentlyfrom another location closer to home. This is the first review I?ve ever left and have only took the time to do so because noneof us enjoyed our food, nor finished any of it and because the service was sub par at best! Read more
I love getting food from Quiznos. All their food can be made to order, so you get exactly what you want. Each order is made... while you wait & you can watch it being made. I find the staff are always pleasant. I recommend trying Quiznos. I think you'llenjoy it & prices are reasonable. Read more
Paid $34 for 3 subs. It seems like they are skimping on the toppings. Not even close to what Subway puts on. Go across the... street to Subway. Not to mention I walked 10 minutes away with my order when realizing they only gave me a 6? sub when I ordereda 12? for my son. The women said she assumed my kid wanted a small instead of listening to me. When I went back they tried tocharge me for another small which made this a $16 sub lol. I am putting one star but this deserves less. I bought a BBQ Chicken flat bread and did not open it till I got home. The bread... was all dry around the edges and there were about 8 tiny pieces of chicken and very little cheese and onions, would you pay forthis? worst Quiznos I have even been to. Read more
