Best authentic Italian pizza in the city, and there's some great pizza elsewhere in Edmonton. Tasty thin crust which was crispy... enough on the bottom to hold up to a good amount of high quality toppings, yet still had a nice chew to it. The cappuccino I hadwas also stellar! Per usual we come as soon as the doors open so we beat the rush because it?s always packed in the evenings. I gotthe N.Y. Spice with extra topping and by the gods be damned! Can't say enough about how great this place was. They took a last minute reservation to get us in an hour before closing and we... had an exceptional experience. The NY Spice pizza was the best pizza I've had in Edmonton and my girlfriends Carbonara was alsovery good. The tiramisu was the perfect end to our meal. Every time I walk into this place it feels like I?ve been coming here for the past decade and the staff know who I am and are... excited to see me. To clarify, they don?t, but even while greeting you from the kitchen they make you feel like you?ve justarrived at nonnas for Sunday dinner. Hands down my new favorite place to eat out!!! We've been here twice now and this is our version of "Dinner for 2." Two large NY... Style pizzas (the crust is amazing, it doesn't leave you feeling full point where you can't move and the toppings are so fresh).The Ravioli is like heaven melting in your mouth and the Fettuccine Alfredo has such a nice, light, flavorful sauce and isn'ttoo rich. We always plan to order enough so we can have leftovers the next day because it is sooooo good!! I'm 7 monthspregnant and I swear when we walked in the last time and I smelt the wonderful aromas from the kitchen, baby started kickingwith excitement! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is cozy and clean, and the food comes out hot!Definitely recommend chocolate gelato for dessert too! We use to live in the area, and this place was a gem. It used to have an old school Italian decor (castle walls and country... sides) with the best pizza and pasta. It was so good that we had our wedding rehearsal dinner here: We were always treated likefamily. The owner/chef always came to chat and thank you for coming. We moved away 10 years ago and missed this place. Happen tobe in the area with friends and decided to have one of our first outings in a long time at an old favourite. The decor has beenupdated, but the service and food remain amazing. Possibly the best crust for a pizza in the city. Huge portions, well priced,and good, quality ingredients. We had the Pizza Margherita, La Capricciosa, and the Godfather?s Choice. And for old time sake,the owner /chef came out to thank us at the end.
