I used to go to this location very often but recently their service is quite disappointing. I ordered on delivery apps for... pickup before I left home one day. It took more than half an hour for my order. While I waiting in the cafe, I saw several pplwho ordered in store way later than me already got their orders. I wanted to ask the staffs several times, but they were justchatting with coworkers and friends when there was no customers. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about products that contain gluten. It was so refreshing to talk to someone who knew... off hand which of their products were gluten free. I liked the comfy chairs and environment was really chill. I didn't know thisplace existed, but I think I shall return in the near future, and apparently it's locally owned! Read more
Normally love remedy but came to this location tonight and brought my partner for the first time - wow was I embarrassed. The... worker literally sassed us when we placed an order and had no sense of customer service. Slammed the drink on the counter afterwaiting and not once a ?have a nice day? or a simple thank you. But my favourite part was the Vanilla Rooibos Chai tea ????, it was$5.50 and I opted for oat milk. Look at the size, plus the flavour was full - no sugar or honey required. This is a cafe that does chai right! Also for the lactose intolerant there are plenty of safe and yummy options. Why 4 and not... 5? The interior doesn't match the quality of drink and the food. Still it gets the job of eating and drinking done. Read more
Love this cafe. Great spot close to the university with free parking (remember to register your plate) and great Indian fusion... food. Good vegan selection as well. Besides the fact that Remedy Cafe has great options on their drink menu like the classic Chai and the Mango sorbet. But one... thing that stands out about this place regardless of the location, some of their staff are absolutely wonderful to deal with andare quite genuine.
