Bought a12? ham pineapple pepperoni and mushroom.w double extra cheese. Got it home , hardly any cheese on pizza.time was 230... pm. . Pizza was not verry good. I think these people pocket the money. Fyi the new lunch menu is not at the ottwell location .We decided at work to order from here and got all lunch orders together... phoned them in and was told nope only the old menu available.Well that through a wrench into our day ,had to go back and changeeveryone's order to some where else .Maybe you should post anote on your website that your location is not serving the newmenu! The first time I ordered Lasagna it was perfect, definitely 5 star but after placing the same order again on Sunday for delivery... what I received was garbage. I asked for black olives on one order and there was none but the other one (without sauce) haddouble the olives. My complaint, is that both these were NUKED, not baked or if they were baked it was hours ago. As soon as Iopen the lid, I knew right away they were nuked. They tasted absolutely gross and were nuked too long. I asked for baked andreceived nuked. Never again. Totally disgusting, which ended up in the garbage. I should have taken photos, but I was so madat this point, I just threw both out. That is a mistake, I will never repeat. Read more
Consistently good pizza. I have started coming here instead of the Whyte Avenue location and the quality is just as good. I was... recently impressed with their customer service. The background noise at the restaurant made it difficult for the server to hearmy order so it got mixed up thereby extending my wait. The owner gave me a discount and a pop while I waited. I reallyappreciated the consideration. Will definately keep coming back. Read more
Write this one down. A nice spot to pick up a quick lunch. Chain locations like this are becoming harder and harder to find.... This royal pizza location is a real gem if you?re looking for a quick takeout lunch. There?s no spot for sitting but the resultof coming to this location is quick hot food that is consistent in its flavour. With staff is friendly and when they say it?sgoing to be ready in about 10 minutes .... it will only be 10 minutes. Location is clean and ready to serve. Read more
Ordered 3 Half Loaf lunch specials today. The salad was fine however the Loaf was horrible. It was toasted stale bread with... little toppings. Will never come to this location again Read more
