We haven't been here for a long time and were pleasantly surprised. The Server/hostess was friendly, accommodating, and... courteous. My wife and I dropped in for a Hawaiian Pizza today and it was fabulous as usual. Still my favourite pizza in the city. The... staff were all so friendly in this Old Strathcona location today that I think I will definitely go here more often. I?m not onefor leaving reviews, but I just had to mention just how friendly and happy every staff member was. I couldn?t stop talking aboutit after we left. Great job guys! My granddaughter and I ordered for delivery this evening. Excellent! Pizza was great. The person taking our order forgot to... add the bottle of sprite so the driver ran to Superstore and bought the pop and came back. Lovely service! The driver deservesa pat on the back! Read more
Wonderful service, awesome tasting food. My daughter always gets the royal burger! We go every 3 weeks as our treat since we... moved into the neighborhood of Parkallen Had another wonderful meal tonight! I had the 15.95 Wednesday half pork rib night! My 4 year old neice loves the just cheese pizza! My daughter tried the Royal Donair! She was very impressed. My sister tried themeat sauce lasagna, was very impressed as well. At the end of my 2.5 hour bicycle ride along the river valley from Fort Sask, I stopped at Royal Pizza. Since I'm a loyal... customer of our Royal Pizza in the Fort, it was an easy choice. The owner suggested an Alley Kat Mangolorian to go with theItalian Poutine. What a combo! I'm now an Alley Kat devotee. This is normally a go to date night place for us as we live in the neighborhood. We decided to order pizza, which I immediately... suggested Royal Pizza because we enjoy the chicken wings from there and we've ordered other food off the menu when we dine inand the pizza arrived looking like it had been tossed around in the box and it was covered in grease, literally grease all overeverything. To my surprise within a half hour of posting this review, Bill reached out to us by phone and really took the matterseriously. His level of care for his customers is amazing. I truly appreciate how swift he wanted to resolve and agreed thathe'd never seen a pizza box that greasy before, and it was not acceptable or to his standards. If you dine in, you can see thepride they take in the restaurant's appearance so this was completely out of character. I will definitely continue to supportthis location, and enjoy many date nights to come there. Read more
