I was there about a month ago, I made a mistake ordering and the staff were very helpful about it. Great coffee shop!!

Awful experience, have been sitting for 10-20 and through multiple terrible mistakes. Coulda went through A&W 5 times and... ordered something 5 different time. Also Probably could have parked my car in the drive thru went in used the bathroom, washedmy hands fully including singing the birthday song and went behind the counter and made it myself and be faster then them. Wefinally said whatever took what we they gave us and left. We were refunded the differences for THEIR MISTAKES. But the managerneeds to be there and hire new people. I feel awful for going in and getting mad while my mother had to sit at the window. Buthonestly the poor management of this manger/owner needs to step up or be fired. Read more

I just tried to order a frozen hot chocolate at this location at 6:26pm Sunday September 25th and was told I can't order... anything frozen because he already cleaned the blender.Really??? You close in 34 minutes from the time I tried to order and youguys can't use a blender to make my drink and then wash it after before you close? How can you not be able to wash a blender in34 minutes.I've never seen such laziness.You are paid to work until 7pm and you can't make a drink at 6:26pm? We just drove froma far distance to come here and we couldn't even get a drink from your location even though you were supposed to be open for 34more minutes from the time I tried to order.Never had any other locations act like this. The coffee was ok. But I was hoping for my favourite treat in the whole wide world. The peanut butter and marshmallow bar. That... was disappointing not to have since I only come here once in a blue moon.But to top it off I didn't even get a greeting as Iwalked up to get my order from the girl with the pink hair I even made it a point to say hello twice with no response. Went here today for a first date. Menu was nice and enjoyed a small medium roast black coffee. It was decent, no bitter or sour... after taste. The seating is nice with big windows and nice lighting. Just wish they have white hot chocolate to buy and takehome but it's only seasonal. Read more
