I go to this location every Thursday prior to work to pick up my Vanilla Bean Latte. The gentleman (Darryl-I think that?s his... name?) was very kind and he would ask me how I am doing. The service is excellent and I leave this location with a smile on myface. It is located near Central LRT, on the concourse level of Telus Plaza. However it?s a quite a bit of a walk from CityCentre mall, but it?s worth it when you are greeted by a friendly gentleman who cares about you. Read more

I was extremely upset when the barista told me she wouldn't serve me a latte and a hot chocolate at 4:45 pm. If the place is... open until 5:00 pm, the barista shouldn't be closing everything down so early that I cannot order what I would like. 15 minutesis a sufficient amount of time to make two drinks with steamed milk. I guess I will walk 3 blocks away to get myself andboyfriend a drink when we get off work. Read more
Between second cup an booster juice. I must say the service is amazing ! The way they greet u an take your order makes your... mornings that much better. Sadly I don't get to order every morning from here because they are so popular an sometimes the lineup is crazy. Thank u to the manager /owner. If you were under the impression that you would be able to get a coffee here during their open hours as listed on Google, you'd... be sadly mistaken. For some mysterious reason they were closed by 5:30pm, at least, and based on the boxes stacked on thetables and the deathly stillness behind their security bars, perhaps they've been closed longer than that. Like almost everyother shop in Telus Plaza, they've got that boarded up abandoned house vibe going on. Although, with hours of operation likethis, they'd make a fantastic money laundering front.
